I love the fact that black men are willing to have tough conversations with other black men without the fear of being fired.
The worst thing you can have is a yes man environment , and Rich Paul and LeBron James have put around themselves people who don't just stroke their ego. Most of the people they associate with have had their ass kissed since they were 14 or 16. No one tells them no.
To build an agency where you have people around you who will tell you what you need to hear regardless if it hurts your feelings or not oh, that's the kind of shit that I want to be around

We always hear about Paul and his clients but I'm thinking bout making a thread for all the white agents most of the NBA uses. I notice they keep the white agents very low profile as to not have you associate them with their clients people root for to beat LeBron (and Klutch).
