The three-day event -- from April 29 to May 1 -- will offer free events for fans in accordance with public officials at the state and local levels to help ensure a safe and successful draft. Fans attending draft activities will be required to wear face coverings and adhere to appropriate physical distancing.
The 86th annual draft will be held across three iconic locations in downtown Cleveland, including FirstEnergy Stadium, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Great Lakes Science Center.
"We are thrilled to be heading to Cleveland for the NFL Draft, which has become one of the most highly anticipated events in sports," said Peter O'Reilly, NFL executive vice president, club business and league events. Although the league will be able to continue its ongoing tradition of the draft this year, the NFL is building on the success of last year's virtual draft with additional prospects participating remotely from their homes around the country.
Club personnel involved in the selection process will be permitted to gather in a draft room at a location of their choosing, whether that be their facility or elsewhere while following appropriate protocols.
The Draft Theatre will act as a prime viewing zone of the main stage and seat invited guests, including individuals selected for the exclusive "Inner Circle presented by Subway." Fans selected to this "Inner Circle" will be chosen by each of the 32 NFL clubs and they will serve as the team's draft ambassadors. Furthering the NFL's efforts in promoting the importance of getting the COVID-19 vaccine when available, fans selected to sit in the "Inner Circle" must be fully vaccinated.

The New York Giants made their second big move in three days when they agreed to terms with former Tennessee Titans cornerback Adoree' Jackson, according to sources.
The deal is for three years and $39 million, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter, and includes $26.5 million in guarantees and more than $20 million fully guaranteed.
The Giants also signed wide receiver Kenny Golladay to a four-year, $72 million deal over the weekend.
Jackson, 25, was recently released by the Titans. He was in high demand, with the Philadelphia Eagles in the mix until the final moments, according to a source. Jackson was scheduled to visit the Eagles after the Giants on Monday.
New York now adds Jackson to a defense that already had Pro Bowl cornerback James Bradberry on one side. The hope is that the speedy Jackson is the ideal complement to the longer, more physical Bradberry.
Jackson also brings versatility with the ability to play in the slot and serve as a returner.
The Titans drafted Jackson 18th overall in the 2017 draft. Tennessee had picked up his fifth-year option last year but released him last Tuesday, a day before his $10.244 million salary for the 2021 season was set to become fully guaranteed with the beginning of the new league year.
He started 41 of 46 games with Tennessee but a knee injury just before the start of last season limited him to three games in 2020.

I think Adoree is a legit corner and I'm pissed that we let him go.
He was does have some injury issues and last year dealt with problems with his knees.... The team never really explained what was the issue, but he was hurt almost the entire season.
I think he is close to a Shut down corner.... if He is back to health... I have concerns with his knees & injuries which why I think the titans let him go
The thing that I will say is his most under appreciated skill and the thing that you guys will immediately notice..... His tackle skills are Superior
it is easily the thing we missed the most last year..
This game showcases alot of his potential .... but he is not a return man. Don't let them fool you on that..
