Beautiful thing about these checks is I have no need or reason to spend them. I've been pocketing all of the checks including my tax refunds since all this began. My reserve is getting fatter. Aside from paying a recent credit card purchase, that's another rack in the bank!

My CPA is pissed about this.
For those who lost their jobs, the timing of filing a tax return has been complicated by a newly offered tax break on unemployment benefits.
The relief measure waives taxes on up to $10,200 of jobless benefits individuals received last year. That offers an incentive to delay filing 2020 tax returns. However, since a loss of income in 2020 may make someone eligible for a stimulus check, there may be an urge to file a tax return quickly to reflect that income to the IRS.

The hustle is over now.

0 fucking republicans voted for this shit. 0 in the house. 0 in the senate. Yet and still, democrats had to fuck up the stimulus income AND shave money off UE. All because of Manchin's bitch ass.

Now the big bitch saying GOP needs to be in the infrastructure bill that they won't support. This guy can potentially fuck up 2022 which will fuck up 2024. 1 fucking guy. :smh:

Damn. The democrats need a Manchin-type mole to place in the GOP.

im happy for everyone getting checks that i wont see...................................................again........lol

30k in ONE YEAR where the fuck is he living??
Shiiiiiiiit. This is the norm in many places. The landlord said the rent is $2800 per month. DC, Northern Virginia, Southern Maryland, NYC, most of California, southern Florida, Boston, and most affluent areas in any part of the country. The landlord also said that they are planning to sell the property and plans to net, not just sell, but net a couple of hundred grand. That lets you know that this is a higher end property. As of today, the median rent for a ONE bedroom apartment is $1800.00.

Not saying you, but many people have no idea how the rest of the country is living. Conversely, there are places where $500 per month is the norm.

Another legislation deal need to be made directly for all housing providers. They should have everything pushed back like a year with no credit and tax penalties. Housing providers need help also. I am not one, but if I was I would be organizing all housing providers everywhere and demand some relief. If their tenants can't pay then they landlord/property management can't pay the mortgage. Where is their relief?
