No, I don't have to pay a penny back. I was so lucky with the city's PPP because the window closed 3 hours after I submitted mine. They only had $20m to give and I was one of the last applicants. You don’t have to pay that back?

I hear ya but.... If Trump was still in office you wouldn't have gotten shit.
These jackass niggas tried to question me when I told them I'd seen this years ago when I was an op for the democratic party in Nashville. My family is still deep in the game out there but seeing behind the veil was enough for me.Dude there is no such thing as a democrat or a Republican Party anymore. Right now we have a Corporate Establishment Uniparty (one party rule) right now. It’s the same people behind the scenes. Democrats and republicans just play good cop vs bad cop.
Democrats have full control of the federal government but act like they can’t raise the minimum wage or give people $2,000. That’s because they are controlled by there elites corporate donors.
I’m pretty sure the corporate democrats deep down wish they lost the Georgia races and let the GOP hold the senate so they can bullshit there far left base for another 2-4 years of getting nothing done.
Then when the democrats are out of power they want to wine and bitch. The democrats need to stop making big promises because if they do not deliver, 2022 midterms is going to be a bloodbath.
Biden promise $15 dollar minimum wage, $2000 checks out the door, canceling student debt, etc that’s why Georgia gave you the senate. Keep your promises Biden !
50 - 50 +1 is not a majority. That majority goes about as far as this manThey have the majority yet they let the Republikkklans walk all over them by lowering the amount of money a person has to make to get a stimulus. They don’t realize people in cities have a higher cost of living? Income shouldnt matter every American deserves their money. It’s all our money!!!!!
The fucking pentagon got trillions to build planes that don’t even fly!!!! Man this country ain’t shit and democrats are not getting my vote anymore. In fact nobody will . I hate America and white people. I ain’t voting for shit no more
That’s yo boi
stop
Fuck Mike

who is the Senator of the dirt dumb bloody red state of West Virginia.

There is no real 50 to even get to the plus 1. Why can't democrats get that point.
The agenda cannot be far left. It will never pass.
You are one loyal ass faggit. I'll give you that.Fuck all of 'em. Fuck you for feeding the trolls too. Oh and fuck Mike too.
I am in NYC. 500K for 800 sq ft is a major deal depending on the location considering that real estate is 800-1.3K+ per sq ft in Manhattan.Yeah, but how many are living in the 'upper' areas? You listed Baltimore for example. That place has a higher murder rate than some 3rd world countries and what demographic is that affecting? Think folks earning 80k in those areas OR adjacent areas?
Best believe a ton of black families aren't caring about the cutoff being 80k. Just look at the wages/networth by demographic. So I wouldn't necessarily call it a red state bailout. It's just they are willing to throw folks who are caught in the middle in democrat strongholds under the bus.
MSM ain't ever call this shit out. Every piece should be talking about cost of living. Instead, they make it a blanket income thing like Ohio money equal NYC money. Shit in NYC, seems like earning 200k ain't shit. They want 500k for 800 sqft in some of those places. Seen the home prices in the bay. Making 200k in those places seems like 30-40k in Ohio money. Shit is fucking crazy.
Damn, I undershot that shit.I am in NYC. 500K for 800 sq ft is a major deal depending on the location considering that real estate is 800-1.3K+ per sq ft in Manhattan.Keep in mind that certain parts of BK are more expensive than Manhattan. Bay Area rentals/sales are even crazier than NYC.
Also, Baltimore is more expensive than Birmingham, Ohio, Tennessee, Kansas, Missouri et al.
You are one loyal ass faggit. I'll give you that.
Damn, I undershot that shit.So making 80k in NYC is like minimum wage. 200k is lower middle class? Jesus.

Dont buy into that hype though.
Average black person isnt making 80k in NYC. Probably half that if we are being lucky.
The people saying 80k is minimum wage are rich white kids who move to the city and, much to their chagrin, realize that the 77k a year finance job means they have to live in neighborhoods around a few of "us"
A ton of people get by on less than 80K but you are right that what is nice money in other cities isn't much in NYC. It just depends on where you live and what you do.
I am a transplant and damn near had a heart attack when I moved into my first apt. My income had to be 40x the monthly rent and they wanted first, last, security.![]()
You realize that NYC/DC/Chicago/the Bay etc. have lots of Black professionals right?
Yes, a ton of people make less than 80K but I imagine it isn't exactly easy to get by on that in a high cost of living city. Like I said, "low income" for the bay is around 80K for an individual and you can get housing assistance in NYC up to 60K or so for an individual.
Two words....Joe Manchin.
It's not about the party's spine (not saying they are willing to do what the repubs are either), it's about the numbers.
I'm not a huge Schumer fan, but for real....if you were him right now, what would you do with a 50/50 senate and a moderate/conservative member from the trumpiest of states who wants to remind his voters that he's conservative from time to time?
Im talking AVERAGE black person not the small professional class.
They get by the same way everybody else in this country does. Over leveraged with credit and heavily in debt. You mention the bay, I was just out there last Summer for work and the number of black people working jobs that pay 80k+ there is negligible. The vast majority of the small number of people who look like us there are making much less than 80k.

80k puts you in the 86% of Black income.
Oh please democrats always have a excuse when they get into power. But when the republicans get into power they have no problems pushing there agenda.
It’s all one big game. Both party’s serve the same corporate elites. In the last 25 years name a progressive agenda that the democrats pushed toward? What ObamaCare?
Exactly and Stanford lets people go to school for free if you can get in and your family makes less than like $120k per year. They consider that poor. Shits outrageous they think the income limits are universal.

All I'm saying is that the Republicans have just as many borderline conservatives in their mix, and they never seem to have problems getting their majorities through when they need to. I know it's a different mentality, but the facts are still there. Two words....Joe Manchin.

You gotta save yoself out here dawg....
I completely agree still the better party by far which is sad as hell.
Life in shamblesGot y'all niggas strung out.
Far from but this country isn't gonna make it with two shitty parties.Got y'all niggas strung out.
There are around 36MM of Us and more than half of that number lives in LA, NYC, Chicago, DC, Baltimore, Houston, Dallas, Detroit, the Bay and Charlotte. Like I said, every one of those cities is a high cost of living area or the highest cost of living area in the state/region.

80k puts you in the 86% of Black income.
That is nationally which is exactly my point. We predominately live in high cost of living areas and in those areas, 80K isn't 86th percentile income.

What's the point of having a guy with a D by his name if he isn't going to deliver for you?
theres a few bgol members who I put on to a location where there were 1-3 bedroom apt available between $480-$700 (depending on your income)in a newly made building in Harlem... gym , outdoor patio, laundry in building, hangout area, upgraded utilities.. those prices could vary depending on your pay rate., let’s just say I personally know people that moved into that building who were “unemployed “ or making $15-20 an hr on paper.. u’ll be surprised at all the gems that are in nyc.. as you said you are a transplant..a real Nyer has homecourt advantage and know about loopholes, get connected or plug into situations, than there’s clauses to.. like say someone had an apt for 30+ yrs certain buildings have clauses where rent dosent really go up and they pass apts off to their family members/ friends... u’ll be surprised how many people live in 2 or more bedrooms paying less than 1500 or hell 1000 in nyc.. Manhattan is bigger than below 86 st.. lots of buildings are being made and if you know certain loopholes you might be put onto a waiting list to get access to them buildings for the cheap.. so while your neighbor paying 2500 you might pay 1000 or less or maybe 1500.. depend on your paperwork, etcYou can definitely find buildings that don't have the same requirements but you aren't going to find a doorman building. This is BGOL so I am waiting for the posts from people saying they pay 1.5-2K for a three bedroom as well as the posts saying they live in central park south for 40-50K per month. The crazy thing is both are possible![]()
