Hey guys, many of you, especially the newer investors, need to have a conversation with yourself regarding your goals. I see many of you day and swing trading, which is a great way to make money. But, be advised that it's not the only way. Decide what your plan is. Is it long term, short-term? A hybrid?

Lastly, I do not want to scare off those who are not as comfortable as some of us without continuing to educate. This thread is definitely about helping brothers make money, but we have to remember that there are various levels of investors popping in and out.

Newbies, do not be afraid to ask questions. Also, use the search feature to see if your question has been asked before, more than likely it has.

Let's get this money black men!!

As someone who started putting money into the market (outside of my 401k and roth ira ) I am looking for longterm plays. I have made a few dollars on some of these quick flips, but for me I am trying to make enough to be comfortable when I get older. Thanks for the input @Tito_Jackson

Good shit. My goal right now is to just take profit and continue to grow. I got a decent 401K right now. So looking to do something else to make some quick cash, but still diversifying with some ETFs and things.

Damn, I wish I knew about TSNP earlier. I managed to get in but I need another dip to get my avg cost below a dollar. I know that those investors that jumped on this train early are loving life right now. I think what this company is trying to accomplish is promising. I'm interested to see what PayPal does if this takes off.

One of the draw back with options trading. Lol...
Stocks? No problem averaging down until it beneath the ground. Options? You’re probably taking an L.

Have a 60c $CCIV option expiring Friday.
Oh yea in weeklys but if u buy time u can always average down

Today was a good day for amateurs like myself to go shopping. Both ETF'S with a majority of holdings mentioned on the forum. were down significantly. PBW down 12% from 52WK high. HAIL down 6% from 52WK high. I cashed out HAIL at $700 profit. waiting to see how low the dip to reposition. If you are an amateur like me and have not acquired the skill set to SWING these stocks individually these ETFS are your best option.
Again thanks to all who contribute. Just sharing my $.02

HAIL
1 Year+109.12%

PBW
1 Year+235.35%

Sold all of my remaining shares in FCEL earlier. It got past that certain number $ for me. Still out with gains both times. I'm just in the cut now for the next opportunity. Reading and researching. I like a few plays that have already gone up but am waiting for the dip with set alerts. $ACIC and $GHVI.
