I'm in a 3500 sqft and the light and gas bill is crazy. Setting up wifi isn't cheap. Furnishing large homes, people don't think about that stuff. Stuff like artwork, TVs, plants, etc. Bro, that stuff adds up. Plus, you have rooms you don't even used most of the time.
I'm done with large homes. After this, I'm strictly focusing on the land. I can make the inside of a smaller home nice enough for the wife.
However, I would always consider a good deal, even for a house like Nelly's. I remember Neyo bought mini mansion like this a few years ago.
Maybe the land would be worth more than the house cause I just don't see it being worth what their asking for it.Ugly outdated house...

Man that’s a nice secluded area. Lotta shit you could do with that. But if the house isn’t modern and economically built it could turn into a money pit. I’d get the Mexicans and eses to do my yard, clearings and renovations. Cut price in half. Put some solar panels on it and redo ac system. Don’t think he had a basement but that pool is a huge problem too. Think Mexicans can work on that too or either fill it up or cut it in half. Pools eat through a mfs budget and they don’t know it! 600K for that Nelly house is not bad. I bet it goes for 450 to 500K and then a few hundred thousand in renovations and that bitch is a bargain!! Especially considering that land and isolated location.
For this kind of money I shouldn't be able to look in my neighbors window from my kitchen.
Most people that buy those houses don’t realize they are too big to clean and you will need a grounds crew. Family and friends will not chip in and do the work for you no matter where they came from. It took me 2 years to get my grass right when I first bought my house. If you buying such a big house you need a grounds keeper and housekeeper just to get it right.
