bro you love lucid..first of all its a rumor not confirmed yet...and even if its true the are way behind nio as far as battery technology and vehicles. The same reason why NIO isnt competing with Tsla will be why lucid is behind nio. Lucid will do well tho as their is room for more than two EV players.

NIO Also = exposure to the Chinese market. Which I suggest everyone thinks about long term in some way shape or form. Even if its not EVs.

exactly...they are the darlings of China and have a big hold on the EV market. Think of the impact toyota had when they came to the US

Why are ya'll trying to argue that this is an either or setup? Lol!
You can have positions in both companies. That's actually allowed!

got out of SNDL at 1.72.......another G.......
gonna see how far this dip goes before i buy back in again.

Im curious on these type of plays do you put in a “tight “ trailing stop like 5%? Particularly after you’ve hit you predetermined profit target?

I ask because $SNDL is still running so there still meat on the bone.

2nd I’m curious how will trailing stops work on these penny stock that have high volatility?

I get that. But why not a trailing stop with a tight “5%” etc? Seems like at best it follows the stock incase it goes much higher than you anticipate and at worst it sells off around 5% drop.

I hate setting stop losses that tight....especially if I'm in front of my computer the majority of the time anyway. But if there was gonna be a time that I wasn't gonna be.....I probably would.

Yes! But a tight trailing stop AFTER you e made you target profit allows you to ride that stock even higher without manually speculating when it’s going to crash. I’ve never done it with penny stock which is why I’m asking the question on the strategy and does it work.

To an extent, I have time for the bullshit and that is exactly what has happened. No I didn’t jump in, I have. Related play but it didn’t pop like GameStop.

I am still shocked that they shut shit down and wonder if people United like that undetected would they have shut shit down the same.

maybe people was talking too much and need to develop unidentifiable methods of collectively short squeezing certain stocks.
Then they'd have the SEC coming after folks calling people threats to the financial institution of the country or some other horseshit. The outwardness of this trade group provided a safety net.

My lack of patience is my down fall.. I keep selling too early and missing out on big scores. Missed the big come up on GME by getting out before it hit $500, now SNDL going crazy after I got out yesterday. :( Made profits from both, but damn! Hard not to remorse while day dreaming about the bread I would have made.. But definitely learning some valuable lessons though..Understanding swing plays and understanding the value of potentially getting back into a stock after initial profits.
