Speaking of screeners, how are you set up to find those MACD crossover stocks? I am trying to learn how to set it up in my TradeStation account, but I may have to code it myself. What are your parameters, brother?
There has to be a Youtube video for it. On ToS, you set the parameters you want, then add the MACD study as an additional filter.

When you get in, figure out what gains (or loss) you will be happy with. Some people are happy with 10%, 50%... while others look for 100%+. Just remember being greedy can cost you.

Between trying to keep focus and work matters, I'm all over the place with timing. I can't wait for a transfer, so may have to finally use margin.
Long or short? I'd say rule is at least up by 20%, holding for more of the same if you ain't got them diamond hands then not less than 15% unless it bottoms out. Place limit on them. If it bottoms out with no chance of recovery then you picked wrong. Just me
Have a plan before you jump in where u want to take profits. 20%, 50% 100% or etc. Plans can change pending news and personal greediness lol.
Was tryna hold out, but just ended up taking profits in ZOM and BNGO. Hit the double up and letting the other half ride for each.. Both should have some decent catalysts coming up still..

Gotta be able to have either days off during the week or work after trading hours. I purposely design my schedule to be abile to dip in the market.
