Looks like a potential Hall pass for sure. Seen one similar to this one a few days ago. I said hi, she turned her nose and aint speak. Stank ass attitude made me ignore her anytime I see her in the gym now. Like chick you over 30, acting that way aint cute no more. Grow up.

it’s called a bip. It’s a emergency glass punch punch that tow truck drivers use. When were Kids we used to use broke spark plugs to break in cars at Candlestick during giants and niner games. Now a days these kids done took it to a whole mother lever targeting tourist. NEVER EVER EVER leave any bags or phone chargers in sight when parking in SF
They're also used to break the glass if you end up in the water.
