I grew up in West Oak Lane. Mount Airy is one section west. Oak Lane was the blue collar working class while Mount Airy was the white collar. Chestnut Hill is the last section before you run into Montgomery County. A couple days ago one of the news station did a story on crime ravishing a certain neighborhood. Crime was up substantially in Mount Airy. I spend my time between Jersey and near down town Philly. Crime follows us. It’s not that we are criminal either. This is the history of Blacks in America.

This is actually a good point. But it doesnt address the question or issue. The issue isnt that poverty rates are now lower for blacks. The issue is that one of the biggest determiners of crime is poverty and education level... And blacks are disproportionately poor and undereducated due to segregation, legislation, and under funded neighborhoods that were over policed and pumped full of drugs.
They didn’t have to take the drugs though.
I always found it funny that party of less government is good government never practiced those principles in black communities. Over regulation was good for us. While they were given cash and a credit card we were usury rate and can’t do this attitude.

The fact is it's WAY more black faces than the 50% that would be represented if it was proportionate to the population.
And to the question I asked, I can sum it up on one word: CULTURE
Some people try to identify it as Black culture. I'm black. That ain't my culture. But it has hijacked Black culture and it needs to go.

So again, your source is based off what is reported unfairly. I know the judicial system here in the States targets black Americans unjustly. So unless I see a source that has taken that into consideration and does their own research, but even if we were to go by your sources and say black at 60% are committing gun violence and by your own source whites are at 40% then lets now do math
