Biden if elected as president at the times Clinton and Obama became president wouldn't have signed those executive orders either. He is coming up for reelection next year. If he does that, he is fucked.
His leverage was in thinking that he could claim that he came from a
rural Republican state, and he needed to be centrist. Joen Biden took
the fight into his turf; at the same time, his own Republican governor
just undercut his ass. If Joe Mancini fucks up shit, it will appear as if he
did it because he wanted to. He will not survive a primary fight against
any other Democrat, and will be killed in the elections. Joe Biden is an
old horse, and knows all the tricks. He just did an LBJ on Mancini's ass
and squeezed his nuts. Let Mancini be the only reason why this thing
does not pass.

Mancini will have to exact his revenge another time, some other way.
