Debate Topic: How Can Jennifer King COACH NFL RB's if She Has Never Been one?

again we AGREE

how many ways you want us to AGREE with you

all we saying is DIRECT IT AT HALEY and his ilk

not her.

Cause it is NOT the same

Again, NOBODY directed at HER
So don't even say that BS
You're creating your OWN narrative at the point

I aint attacking YOU bro, you KNOW we good

but you made a THREAD about HER titled

How Can Jennifer King COACH NFL RB's if She Has Never Been one?

again my bad for thinking you had some issue with her getting the position.

I just named the person who was hired.
Hahahahaaha, ya'll something else.
Interpretation is a motherfucka

you know what is REALLY interesting?

I just realized...this is the FIRST mention of her getting the job on BGOL

I would have usually posted that ( Honestly thought someone had already) or someone would have mentioned it.

I am really curious now why that is?

that's all that was family.

you know these bgol streets are cold as a mutha...

again I UNDERSTAND your overall point

I think the lesson of the day and every day is this

the white man is the devil.

thanks for coming out

God bless good night.

I would like to see her go through the ranks first. Like an assistant coach at high school or college. There are probably multiple NFL or college players who could of had this job. But the woman aspect was more appealing on a team that's focused on change. If its legit and not a token to say hey look the WFT is more diverse now with all of their hires. Then I hope she is successful and can learn and pass more knowledge on to more players down the road.

But yet that owner is still there.

I think THIS is what we ALL really need to be focusing on.

Ummm not to start sh*t up AGAIN

but...

You're confusing things. There is NO cac or Black POSITON coach
teaching ANY PLAYER how to play their position in the NFL, period.
A HEAD COACH doesn't teach players how to master their position. They do X's & O's
Front office does what they do.....totally different

That's like me teaching a rookie Peyton Manning how to play QB
Every team has a QB Coach, a LB Coach, a DL Coach etc etc

Adam Gase?

NEVER PLAYED EVER....

became a QB Coach in Detroit

(later, just for context, an offensive coordinator for Payton Manning)

NEVER PLAYED

became a NFL QUARTERBACK COACH

just saying....

NEVER PLAYED THE POSITION or even ORGANIZED FOOTBALL APPARENTLY

BS, Adam Gase got the HC for the Jets and it was nuts
Shit Vogel got the Lakers HC job and it was an uproar

You're talking about HEAD COACHES, bruh! Not the same thing as the damn running backs coach. If you have a favorite team, I would bet money right now you couldn't tell me who the damn running backs coach even is! Let that woman live! Shit!

Again, for the people in the back.
NO POSITION COACH should be teaching a
a player of that position how to PLAY that position
If they never played the position in college or the pros. Period, I don't care if it's a Man, Woman or a Billy Goat

but 75% of these white coaches and EXECUTIVES in not JUST football

but in basketball

haven't EVER played Professional level

many not even college (D I, II or III)

and a few were scrubs in high school and were not even VARSITY

forget PLAYING

many of these white boys aint even COACHED BEFORE!

MEN OR WOMEN!

on ANY LEVEL!

I mean not pee wee, high school, or college

NOT even Canada

I'm talking INTERNS, assistant coaches, grinding film etc....

she is FAR from an issue on any level. (and at least imagine her JOURNEY to get this point, she harder than most MEN to do that)

sidebar: and what about these so called nba and nfl INSIDERS who criticize a game to the point where they can get players and coaches FIRED or HIRED

but they THEMSELVES have NEVER EVER PLAYED OR COACHED?

ain't that even WORSE?
Glad this was the first reply because it’s very true

hold on

you talking specifically about running back position?

You don’t need to have played the position to coach for whatever position they putting you in.

You need other skills besides field experience to coach.

-Communication
-Organization
-Motivational
-Leadership
-Foresight

Along with other skills not directly related to the sport.

You don’t need to be a military combat veteran to become President of The United States and look how it worked for Lincoln and Roosevelt with the Civil War and World War II.

It helps to have field experience, but it is not a necessity.

this guy is even worse than her
But his coaching staff is majority black. Bomani told me that

All of this forced diversity with women and gays getting hired will ruin men’s sports. Fucking ruin it! Let these fucking women coach women’s leagues. Cant men have anything? Cant niggas ever have a fucking clubhouse? Meanwhile, black men cant get any coaching gigs but clowns think it’s a good idea to hire a damn broad.

I wouldn’t play for any female coach if I was in the NFL. Imagine some dumb bitch yelling at you on the sidelines... FOH

No, any skill position

ok.

man oh man you gonna be VERY disappointed do NOT google my friend

the good part is USUALLY that is where the Black folk (former players) are on the team, USUALLY

like I was trying to tell you

the ENTIRE NFL and COLLEGE is FILLED with White folk TRAINING, TEACHING, COACHING SKILL PLAYERS

who themselves have NO EXPERIENCE at all at that specific position.

Bro you should be MORE concerned that you got Head Coaches and EXECUTIVES without proper experience.

Cause THOSE POSITIONS?

are MORE important than your average special teams coach

THEY HIRE THE POSITION COACHES, THEY DRAFT PLAYERS, THEY FIRE AND CUT PLAYERS AND COACHES

that is what's important.

This woman earned her spot more than most of her white counterparts.

And if she doesn't? She will be fired.

But I will make a point to check on the Washington Running attack next season

If they finish in the top 10?

I don't want you saying "well they did it in SPITE of her either."

you better give her PROPS

if they suck?

I will be the first one to say fire her

actually no I won't
cause I'm sure some white boy in the league is WORSE than her

Even if she played in a woman's tackle league?

Washington was in the bottom 7 in Rushing in 2020 they ranked #25

100.7 yards per game.

Ravens #1 - 191 yards per game.

So if she get them to add about 15 yards more they on the middle of the pack

+ 20 yards

you talking Top 20 team in the league.

I don’t give a fuck. Women can’t lead men. Just look at how pathetic shape black men are in due to single mothers incompetence and raising a generation of faggots and wild animals who jump women and bite them. Let MEN lead MEN!

Again, like i said before...Then that is BULLSHIT
Nobody Black White or candy strip, male or female should be coaching a skill position is they never played the position PERIOD. Don't know how many times I gotta write it

Dudes campaigning for women to coach grown men :smh:. I mean really leading women down a dumbass path. Cats went from boycotting the NFL to this shit.

Bill Belichick was LT's linebacker coach.
His son Stephen is the current Patriots linebackers coach.

thebe6aeinfvrpdavzzn.jpg

The current Patriots TE/Fullbacks coach. Started off as a college graduate assistant. Never played.

Pats the team I follow, can't tell you about other coaching staffs, but you'll but surprised once you hit up Wikipedia and dig through coaching staffs

and again, that's BULLSHIT & Nepotism
He should NOT have that position..

Randy Jordan is the RB coach who has been there for 7 years. As an assistant she is most likely running the stat sheets.

Honestly do we ever hear about assistant position coaches being hired.

you don't gotta keep writing it fam

WE get it.

and again what you saying MAKES SENSE.

but what you missing is this it is NOT NEW by any means.

So making HER the poster child (or in this case thread topic) is wrong.

that is all we saying.

And also that even YOUR POINT

because it has NOT been true for YEARS?

isn't that strong or accurate in PRACTICE.

because for YEARS position coaches have not necessarily PLAYED the POSITION they were being PAID to teach PROFESSIONALS.

So it isn't a matter of if you PERSONALLY LIKE IT or AGREE with it, or if its RIGHT or WRONG

it just IS

and HAS BEEN a REALITY

and is NOT going to change

do you get what I'm saying?

and again, that's BULLSHIT & Nepotism
He should NOT have that position..

I think we are having a discussion that is more about what should be versus what is really going on. I think that it can be weird to have a person who has only watched something done, be a teacher of that thing. On the other hand, like someone stated earlier, it takes more than just experience to make a good coach. It's the reason why we see players like Ted Williams or Avery Johnson or even Mike Singletary who struggled as coaches. I think a good coach is a good coach and good players can sometimes coach. There are times when those things align and there are some times when they don't.

I think it would have been way less confusing if you had come after all of the coaches with no playing experience. Playa, you started this thread coming for a sista. We love bitches here! Especially black girls! I mean the board is Black Girls Online! You was gone have a lot of spaining to do off top. That's why you having to type the same shit over and over.

I really want to hear your take on this bro.

This is what I am saying (for damn near 2 pages.

Her hire outside the fact that she is a WOMAN

is not an anomaly

Skill position coaches in football do NOT NECESSARILY have previous experience actually PLAYING that particular position

It isn't a matter of RIGHT or WRONG.

It just is.

and making HER the poster child is off.

Cause we had MUCH MORE egregious examples RECENTLY with white dudes and didn't hear any complaints.
