Telsa unveils Model S refresh

updated interior, but still basically the same since 2012....but hey what do I know. People making millions off the stock
It's the Apple of automotive world. Tesla will keep "refreshing" that car for another 10 years and people will still pay 100K for basically the same car w/ a few enhancements.

I guess Porsche has done that w/ the 911. The GTR is on it's 12th year w/ the same body, so who knows.

I can't fit in dem little ass shits. :smh:

Fuck outta here with that steering wheel.
PS, just bought some more TSLA this morning. It ain’t gone stop in 2021 fellas.

I'd love to have an electric car but the issue is that there's not enough charging areas and that was done on purpose from the oil companies.

Tesla was smart to build that out as much as possible but look up charging stations and see how you have to really do some planning if you plan to do any long distance driving.

If it the blueprint ain't broke don't fix it.

Meh... I get that it's essentially a different car mechanically over the years. I'm just saying that it's essentially the same body. Some years Porsche will say that it's a new car and all they change are the fucking taillights and headlights and a few very minor body tweaks. After about 2012 or so, I bet most people have no clue if the car is a 2012 or 2020. I get it though, most people that buy Porsches will know and appreciate the differences in looks and performance.

every 7 years or so there is a new 911 designed and engineered from the ground up
eg 2012 is a significantly larger car than 2010 and 2020 is now even larger than 2012

every generation of 911 is a different car with cosmetics that are nostalgic

vs this Tesla, similar to 80s/90s Jeep Wranglers & Cheerokees - same chassis and motors with only
cosmetic updates to cabin and body

Yes and no on the planning part. The nav will direct you to super chargers and non super charges on your travel. The downside is you may be taken slightly out of your way adding time to the trip.to your point depending on where you are in the world you may not have many SC but the milage you get usually makes up for that.if you stay on the major highways, you shouldn't have any real issues. If the 500 plus number is true for the plaid+ you'll more than likely be fine. I don't do long distance driving often but I've never run into an issue with the battery or finding a charging station if needed with just over 300plus.

It's not like having a gas station on every corner, but it's not as bad as people try to make either.
