The complete and total lack of a coordinated plan is EXACTLY why the vaccine rollout has to date been such a catastrophic shitshow! If the Pence-led coronavirus task force truly even pretended to give a fuck, everyone distributing the vaccines would have done so working from the same playbook.

25,000+ National Guardsmen are all in DC right now - they could have more smoothly provided the manpower in each of their respective states to help get things done more smoothly. Or coordinating efforts through already drug dispensing pharmacy systems - there are 9,000+ Walgreens and 10,000+ CVS stores who already track patients.

But KAT has lost seven family members including his mother to COVID. It's unlikely they paid the same amount of taxes that he does, so according to Charles if the vaccine was available before they got infected, they should've had to wait behind all active NBA and NFL players (none of which have died of COVID) because those players pay more in taxes.
