been searching for online documents, the parish/county have some of these properties value horrible. Then again maybe its that realestate company markup, thats crazy.

like they have some land my moms purchased at like $3000 and she paid like $6000(numbers are for example).




There seem to be no-one legally tied to the property, outside of the guy(for as the parish is concerned).
now I'm just waiting on him to get back with me.

I reached to an appraiser also, so I'm waiting on that phone call.
