Man, I'm hearing that from different people. My questions is, what about this 31/32 year old whiney, spoiled, disrespectful muhfuckah says "discipline"? At his age it will take a whole lot of discipline to lose the weight. Dude been having issues with his weight fluctuating in the past. It will just get harder now.
He's already a ball player, running up and down the court for a living. The fact that he got that big, that quick is a feat in and of itself. Don't get me wrong.
