It's a little higher than that but every Chromebook is running Linux. AWS is running Linux. Android uses a Linux kernel and that makes it a Linux device. So technically one could call it a Linux phone. There were 2.5 Billion Android devices active in 2017. As far as Desktop Linux is concerned there are plenty of user-friendly distros out there. It has been my experience that the average user may have trouble installing it but that's also true of Windows. Most of the distros of Linux today have smoother installs than Windows 10. What Linux represents to these Asshats is the ability to roll their own tools. They can make their own distros for computers and root their phones with custom versions of Android. Using custom tools and the Dark web these guys will still get their nefarious messages out to their most ardent supporters.

This Friday, federal agents raided multiple Tennessee Republican House members' homes and state offices, the Tennessean reports.
People familiar with the investigation tell the Tennessean that the FBI searched the homes of former House Speaker Glen Casada, Rep. Robin Smith, and Rep. Todd Warner. As the Tennessean points out, Warner was just recently elected to the legislature.
According to Gov. Bill Lee, little is known about the raids.
"It's certainly very concerning. I know very little about that. There's been no FBI outreach to us but I am confident that Speaker Sexton is on top of this situation as it unfolds," he said in a statement.

The PGA of America has hinted at plans to prevent President Donald Trump's National Bedminster golf club from holding the 2022 PGA Championship, NJ.com reported.
The organization made the move after the president incited a deadly riot on Capitol Hill.
According to Golfweek's Eamon Lynch, the PGA will officially strip Bedminster of the championship after Trump leaves office.
Lynch explains:
The odds that '22's PGA Championship will happen as scheduled in New Jersey are about as good as the chances of you or I winning it. Seth Waugh, the PGA of America's CEO, was a banker and has an alert eye for high-risk exposure. He knows that Trumpism is likely to be an equally incendiary force in the '22 midterm elections and that any affiliation is poisonous.
Waugh will be forced to move the event and face down a small but vocal faction of his membership who remain true believers. Moving its major from Trump National has been debated internally at the PGA for more than two years, but executives have been reluctant to antagonize a famously vindictive man who controls the Internal Revenue Service. Such concerns melt away in 10 days, if not sooner.
But Lynch argues that golf's reputation has been hurt by the president.
“The game will instead be portrayed as Trump's refuge," he writes, "something he did while ignoring a pandemic that has claimed 365,000 lives, refusing to acknowledge a resounding electoral defeat, and inciting feeble-minded fascists to violence that left five people dead at the opposite end of Pennsylvania Avenue."
