At that point she will no longer be able to practice law, since you cannot practice law without insurance. She will have no insurance coverage to pay for the current suit. She will quickly be broke and will be truly twisting in the wind.
To address the actual question, just the discovery process could cost her a well over a million dollars in legal fees and incidentals.
I expect that following that realization, the plaintiffs will probably offer Powell a deal in exchange for her full and frank testimony against Giuliani and Trump(s), who are the real big fish here. Even Powell will realize that this is her only way out.
