It's not about targets on his back
It's about him having the ball or being forced to run through a mountain of screens with dudes who won't pass it to him.
It's stupid he's the point guard. The offense looked like an actual GOOD offense because he had the ball. SIMPLE SHIT.
You know 1st hand what happens when they stop doing the screen motion and just give him the ball to let him do his thing.
the only adjustment was steph had the ball the way dame and the rest of the "top tier" players have the ball.

When Steph does something every other stat line in those rings or playoffs is analyzed and pointed to as the reason Steph can do things as opposed to the real thing that's happening, which is Steph is the reason the rest can do what they can.
If Oubre and Wiggins could shoot 40% on open jumpers the warriors probably would only have 2 losses lol
