Rockets had signed him outta unlv as an UDFA... they knew him somewhat, so I think they had an indication that he wouldn't turn to Whiteside... plus in every interview he talks about wanting to be the best player on the court and then saying he wants to be a superstar in this league...

I see him as a sixth man as a big. Like a big Lou Williams.
The one thing I worried about him in high school and college was he was just more advanced than everyone. Bigger and more skilled. Now it's different and he's a bit of a tweener. I think his dad think he's better than he is. He sees the Trae Young and Luka praise.
I wonder why his playing time is going down with Luke.
Because that center they got, Richaun Holmes, is pretty damn good... he seems more active on the boards and is definitely better defensively...

A good coach will find a way to get them both on the court at the same time. Luke was always weak at setting rotations.
I think they both start, but it seems like Holmes just fits better with the team and what they're doing...
