I think this is a little bit of head fake but some of these boys are getting a little out of hand and some police departments have to put them in check.

If Trump continued to thumb his nose at them, they could bring a lawsuit to rescind the charter and make Mar-A-Lago a private residence. That would close the country club and Trump will be on the hook for about 2 million dollars a year in basic taxes and maintenance.

Trump going to move again because there is some very powerful people stay around that resort. By the way Palm Beach County did not vote for Trump.
