If you are or were unemployed you were receiving 600 dollars on top of your regular unemployment payments. The stimulus payments went to and will go to everyone who made 75k and under whether they are unemployed or not. Cut out those folks on their feet and only direct payment to those who aren't on their feet.

This. The problem is the Republican Senate and the Republican White House are not on the same page. The republican house just rejected what the Republican President wanted.
