Joe Biden is now POTUS

I can understand where he's coming from but FUCK the GOP's internal conflicts. Hold Trump and McConnell to it.

No, because these are veto proof majorities. Nothing he says even matters but Pelosi's dumb ass took the bait and made herself look dumb in the process.

Washington (CNN)An executive for a voting machine company that has been the target of conspiracy theories in the aftermath of Donald Trump's 2020 election loss and been baselessly accused of swinging the results against the President is suing his campaign and conservative media figures for defamation.
Trump has called Dominion Voting Systems "a disaster," and his supporters have pushed the conspiracy theory that the company deleted votes for Trump on its voting equipment and that Dominion's director of product strategy and security, Eric Coomer, helped subvert the election.
There is no evidence that the 2020 election was stolen from Trump, and his administration and election officials have called it the "most secure" election in US history. President-elect Joe Biden won the popular vote by more than 7 million votes and the electoral map 306 to 232.

Trump campaign told to preserve all documents related to Sidney Powell and Dominion Voting Systems

The lawsuit names as defendants the Trump campaign, Rudy Giuliani, Trump adviser Sidney Powell, conservative media outlets One America News Network and Newsmax Media, the right-wing website Gateway Pundit, and Colorado businessman and activist Joseph Oltmann, among others. CNN has reached out to those named in the lawsuit.

In recent days -- as the threat of legal action loomed larger -- several conservative media outlets have begun backtracking some of the more outrageous claims.
In a lawsuit filed Tuesday in Colorado district court, Coomer's lawyers say the allegations are "false and baseless" and have caused "immense injury to Dr. Coomer's reputation, professional standing, safety, and privacy."

The lawsuit says the defendants "relied heavily upon false allegations" made by Oltmann, who claimed in interviews and social media posts that Coomer was a participant in an Antifa conference call that Oltmann said he infiltrated in September.
Asked about the alleged Antifa call, Oltmann told CNN he has "troves of evidence" -- which he did not immediately provide -- and said, "truth is the great equalizer in all of this."
Oltmann claimed he heard one of the speakers on the purported call identified as "Eric from Dominion" who told participants, "Trump is not gonna win. I made f-ing sure of that." Oltmann, who said he was paraphrasing the conversation, has not provided a recording of the alleged call nor an explanation of how he learned about it and gained access, according to the lawsuit.
Coomer's attorneys have denied that the Dominion executive had knowledge of the purported call, participated in it or made such comments.
The suit also lists a multitude of specific threats allegedly made against Coomer and says the harassment forced Coomer to flee his home "in fear for his safety." Coomer has been living in hiding since shortly after the election, he recently told Colorado Public Radio.

He is seeking damages as well as the public retraction of all statements judged to be defamatory.
In a statement Tuesday, Coomer said the lawsuit is "an effort to unwind as much of the damage as possible done to me, my family, my life, and my livelihood as a result of the numerous false public statements that I was somehow responsible for 'rigging' the 2020 presidential election."
Dominion itself is not a party to the suit.

The Denver-based company, however, said in a statement to CNN that "Sidney Powell and many others—including some news organizations—have trampled on countless reputations as they pandered their ridiculous conspiracy theories."

The voting technology company Smartmatic, which has faced similar conspiracy theories, had sent a blistering legal threat to Newsmax, One America News and Fox News earlier this month, saying that the outlets helped spread false and defamatory claims that could be debunked with basic research. Newsmax on Monday issued a "clarification" that it has no evidence Dominion or Smartmatic manipulated votes in the 2020 election, and Fox over the last week has aired a video package debunking several claims made by its own hosts or guests.

On Saturday, Trump's campaign legal team sent a memo to dozens of staffers instructing them to preserve all documents related to Dominion and Powell in anticipation of potential litigation by the company.

The memo, viewed by CNN, references a letter Dominion sent to Powell last week demanding she publicly retract her accusations and instructs campaign staff not to alter, destroy or discard records that could be relevant.

The Trump campaign at one time sought to distance itself from Powell after she held a conspiracy-filled news conference with his other attorneys, Giuliani and Jenna Ellis. But since then, Powell has visited the White House at least twice, and Trump has considered naming her as a special counsel to investigate voter fraud allegations his own administration has said are baseless.

CNN's Kaitlan Collins, Kevin Liptak, Pamela Brown and Brian Rokus contributed to this report.

Nevada Trump supporters enlist data expert to prove election fraud and he debunks it instead (lancastercourier.com)

As outgoing President Donald Trump continues scheming to overturn the election results. his supporters in Nevada enlisted a data expert to investigate their claims of mass voter fraud, only for it to backfire in their faces.

Nevada has been a reliably Democratic state in presidential elections since 2008 and President-Elect Joe Biden’s victory there in 2020 ran along the same trends as past Democrats who won the state and went on to win the presidency. Biden received 50 percent of the vote in Nevada to Trump’s 47 percent. In the popular vote, Biden won by nearly 35,000 votes, making it clear that he won the state.

But Trump and his supporters have been crying election fraud for weeks and refuse to concede that Biden won legitimately even though they haven’t even provided evidence to prove their allegations, resulting in court loss after court loss, including the Supreme Court.

Despite that embarrassment, Trump supporters desperately sought the services of Rex Briggs, a data analysis expert, in the hopes that he would find proof of their election fraud claims, including everything from dead voters casting ballots, voting machines being tampered with, higher turnout than total voting population, and out-of-state voters just to name a few of the kooky claims made by those who are incapable of accepting that their guy lost fair and square.

“I was enlisted by ‘The Trump Digital Army, Election Integrity Division’ on November 8, 2020 to look at the source data in each battleground state, and compare 2016 to 2020 results to find any outliers/anomalies in the 2020 election results that could signal fraud,” Briggs told the Nevada Independent.
Only Briggs’ investigation did not prove their allegations, it debunked them entirely by finding “no evidence of rigging the voter registration process for Biden in Nevada” and “no evidence of rigging turnout for Biden in Nevada” and “no evidence of stuffing ballots for Biden in Nevada.”

“Turnout exceeding registered voters would indicate ballot-stuffing,” Briggs said. “However, there is no county where the number of ballots cast exceeded the number of registered voters. The three highest voter turnout figures are from Humboldt, Douglas and Eureka, all counties that pulled heavily for Trump.”
In fact, not only did Trump manage to over-perform in Nevada compared to the previous two Republican candidates in 2008 and and 2012, he improved by 2 percent over his 2016 tally. But in the bluest county where Trump and his supporters allege that Biden cheated, it turns out that Biden under-performed.

“Democrats actually lost ground in votes in Clark County, the main source of Democratic support in the state, slipping from 10.7% margin in 2016 to 10.0% in 2020,” Briggs said. “This makes Clark County an unlikely source of systemic widespread fraud by Democrats.”

Indeed, Biden outperformed Hillary Clinton, who only won 47 percent of the vote in 2016, by just 3 percent, below former President Barack Obama’s 52 percent in 2012.

Briggs also thoroughly debunked Trump’s claims that voting machines were rigged.

“I investigated the pre-election machine testing and the verification process that confirms that what is entered matches the vote tallies,” he explained. “I also checked a machine when I voted in-person and could examine the printed tape. I also checked the methodology of the post-election audit of the electronic vote tally vs. the tape count. All of them aligned, and all of those processes were open to the public and had both parties observe the audits.”
Math doesn’t lie, but Trump and his supporters do. That’s why they’ve been losing in court and it’s why Biden will be president on January 20th. He simply got more votes than Trump did. And he did it legitimately.

“I found nothing in the data that shows the election was rigged,” Briggs declared. “If anything, there are a few small factors that tilt slightly in favor of Republicans.”

Of course, this embarrassing setback won’t result in Trump and his supporters backing down. It only makes them more desperate, which is why they are resorting to calling for martial law and using the military to keep Trump in power. It’s pathetic and demonstrates why they lost by 7 million votes.

Yo I just looked up some of the people that Trump had pardon and Man Trump needs to face the wrath of God for pardoning some of those people :smh:
And who's going to make him face that wrath? I read about this yesterday, I haven't heard any democrat rail about it, at least loud enough.
