Trump is minting money by telling MAGA fools that he is fighting for victory in the courts. He is bombarding
them with requests for donations to his Victory PAC. The fine print says of the first $5000 donated, which will be
almost all the money, 60% will go to his Leadership PAC 40% to the RNC.
The thing about Leadership PAC money is that he is allowed to used it for personal expenses............He is not
allowed to do that with campaign finance collections

He is entitled to appeal under Georgia law. It means nothing, unless the recounts
discover votes that were not there. However, the results were certified after
a week long recount, so this changes nothing- and more importantly, Trump
knows it. If you were in his shoes, and needed to do this for the reasons he is
doing it, you should do it. This recount business, and the court nonsense is very
profitable to him. He is minting money that is personally his, from what he
is doing with the victory fund.
The first 60% any money donated goes to Trump personally, the next 40% goes
to the RNC.
Trump does not have as much liquid cash as he might claim. He is a penny
pincher who fights for surprisingly small amounts of money. Remember when
he demanded $5million from NBC to appear in a primary debate? When they
refused, he held his own little rally at which he was claiming to raise money for
veterans. $6 million was pledged, and none went to the veterans, until 2 years
later, as president, he was sued for it in court, and had to be forced to fork out
$2 million in a settlement.
Trump knows he has lost, but he will keep this bullshit going until December 8
when the law officially ends it.

While I think the SCOTUS will be inclined to go the way of all other courts, I am cognizant of the fact that losing in the lower courts was always their strategy. They want to get in front of the Supreme Court. Technically it wasn't a recount, it was an audit at taxpayers expense. GA law doesn't specify who pays for a recount, but I doubt the state would pay for it twice. The second one won't take as long, as it is done electronically.
