While,I understand what you're saying the players on the team currently is much better than the team Lebron left the first time. The problem is that we have an owner that acts like he's the fucking GM and wants the team improve drastically in a fucking rebuild. It doesn't help he hired a college coach that didn't know what he was doing and that's why the player revolted against him.
He's so fucking determined to show the basketball world that he can make the playoffs without Lebron,he's fucking everything up. He needs to understand that drafting and develop players is how teams make the players and he was the one that gave Mr. Talc that contract. Nobody didnt ask you to give an injured prone player an extension,especially when he didn't asked for it and had one more year left on his contract.Now,you're stuck with it for 2 or 3 more years.

I think Kevin Porter Jr could become a superstar on the team.
Dylan Windler can be like Duncan Robinson but rebound the ball better.
Sexton will be our #2 scoring option behind Porter.
Garland can stretch the defense depending,if he's healthy and stop turning down wide open threes.

I think it's a solid squad that can grow together organically with the right coaching. We can't go giving these guys a new coach every few years. If they hit in the draft this year, they have a chance to groom a nice squad. Good news is we have an owner who isn't cheap that is willing to spend to add pieces. That shit is a wildcard. Never know who will take the bread. We just need the pieces added if the team turns out nice, not before.
Let's hope Bickerstaff proves he's the right choice to lead this guys.

Yeah,Sexton already on his fourth coach in two years. I think Bickerstaff will do good,if he's allowed to build up this team. Me and you know a certain owner like to fire coaches every couple of years....
The defense was night and day under Bickerstaff but we still need to improvement though. Hopefully, Gilbert don't fuck this draft up and allow Bickerstaff to build this team.
