not only am i happy that Trump ass is about to be gone, but for the so many who are in his cabinet that are not qualified to be there........like Ben Carson, Betsy DeVos, Rick Perry (who's dumb ass thought like Sarah Palin, that the Department of Energy was about oil and gas...ctfu), Steve Mnuchin, Scott Pruitt. None of these people had the skillset, knowledge, experience, or prudence to run the Departments that they were the head of.

• It will be illegal for a police officer to have Sex with A Detainee or Suspect under their charge. It will be considered statutory rape because it is unreasonable to assume consensual sex due to the power dynamic.

• Shoot to Wound policy in event of unarmed suspect, fleeing suspect (that poses an imminent danger only) or if deadly
force is unnecessary.

• End all Quota-based policing.

All of these are specific and actionable items that we as black people have been demanding for decades. This is not Ice Cube's personal agenda. These are things we want and have said that we wanted compiled into one document that can be done on day one as an executive order. How? Because none of these require the transfer of funds from any allotted department. No discussion is needed. We have already said we want this.

All of these can be inacted on day one if Biden and the democrats really wanted to. This is what Ice Cube and the writers of the CWBA were trying to get both the Democrats and Republicans to commit to.

There is nothing within the CWBA that is detrimental to black Americans. However, it is the only existing plan that is specifically for black people. Not people of color. Just black people.

Once again these are things that Cube and whoever he's working with put out about what he/they think we want or need.
While people like MLK and Malcolm X, etc...were not elected. They did indeed have a coalition around them. Those folks were on the ground and not in their million dollar mansions all of sudden waking up to action and coming out to pretend they're speaking for black folk.
Btw all those other folks could tell you whats in their own plan. Cube on the other hand is just a face behind who know what organization, etc...becuse he couldn't even tell folks what's different from his plan and the 1 page platnium plan.:smh:
As I stated black folk need to come up with atleast three solid things that we need.

Unfortunately, we disagree here.

We are quick to point the finger at Cube, but the republican and democrat politicians sitting in their million dollar mansions do not care inact anything for us immediately. Additionally, Cube has for years has been someone who pushed back against the system. Since 1987.

I will continue the fight in my end and like many, I will monitor what is being done for us or not being done for us. For me, this is the absolute last time voting for anyone who does not commit to doing actionable items for us and then following through.

All these are well and good, but if we don't get the Senate we don't get them. There are already police reform bills McConnell has not brought to the floor. There is an anti lynching bill currently being blocked by Rand Paul. If he keeps power it's not happening.
