If it happens, I hope Dems do two things immediately. Expand the Court and do away with the Electoral College.
Popular vote will keep them in power for decades just like gerrymandering did for the Republicans.

Detroit election officials are projecting 50% voter turnout in the city of Detroit, higher than in 2016, but lower than in 2012 and 2008 when Barack Obama's candidacy drew high voter participation.
And the number of absentee ballots the city is expecting is now lower than officials had estimated earlier this month.
Speaking Thursday to reporters in the basement of TCF Center in downtown Detroit, Detroit City Clerk Janice Winfrey and other election officials said they are working to prepare for a historic election in Michigan — a swing state that many will be closely watching next week.
"We want people to have confidence in the process," Winfrey said. "Your vote matters."
About 165,000 absentee ballots are expected to be counted in Detroit, projected Winfrey and Daniel Baxter, a former elections director who is advising the city for next week's election.

I never thought Neveda was a state Trump was going to win the first place. They must be really desperate if they banking on Nevada. I’m not expect Trump to flip any states Hiliary won.
Hillary only won by 25,000 votes. In their minds, they're pulling over black people , latino people etc at records numbers because they're believing the Trafalgar Group nonsense they're pettling. So many of them think these marginal states are in play because of their confirmation bias.
I'm only starting to see Republicans over the last couple of days come out and publicly try to break that narrative. The real data-driven republicans know they need a miracle to compete on Tuesday.
The problem with the Trafalgar Group is the owner is a Republican Operative. He was charged with a crime as an operative. Theses people are part of a cult, it’s their identity. It’s a race based movement.

I actually read their polling data. It's obviously trash. I've seen one where they had Trump getting 25% of the black vote. There is no world where trumps gets anywhere near that. And there are several cross tabs like that... where Trump is way overperforming in comparison to what you see every other legitimate polling outfit producing.
I read Rasmussen and Trafalgar Group data to make sure they aren't seeing something that everyone else is missing. They aren't. They're just fabricating bullshit to manipulate the aggregate polling data.
They don't poll like everyone else. They add some factor based on people being embarrassed to admit their voting for Trump.

COLUMBIA -- The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) has arrested an Anderson County man accused of making illegal political calls involving six House District races in South Carolina.
Robert Charles Cahaly, 41, of 112 Shannon Drive, Pendleton is charged with six counts of Automatically Dialed Announcing Device violations.
Cahaly turned himself in to SLED agents Wednesday morning.
According to SLED arrest warrants, Cahaly is accused of paying for and disseminating automated telephone calls (“Robo-Calls”) from an Automatically Dialed Answering Device (ADAD) on September 23, 2010.
These calls were political in nature and were allegedly made to potential South Carolina voters without properly disclosing the identity of the originating party to the call recipients, which is in violation of S.C. Code 16-17-446.
SLED has determined that these illegal calls were made through a Richland County landline telephone number owned by Gadsden and Greene Strategies which is also owned by Cahaly.
