Bam is injured. He is not even dunking. He normally plays above the rim. That neck and shoulder injury has limited him. He has started to develop more of a finesse game this season, but it is not at the level where he can depend on it

Herro starts, but he has weak ball handling kills. He needs to work on his handles and get better with scoring off the dribble. That will come with time but in his current state, he has a very high ceiling but needs to work on a few things.
There is no one else on the roster who can replace Bam. Bam leads us in assist and creates the offense.
