A warrant does not mean you can enter the a home, with no announcement, when the suspect doesn't even live there and is ALREADY in your custody. Then you BLINDLY shoot into a home. Basketball knowledge wise Shaq doesn't belong on the show. The Center position has totally changed along with the way bball is played. Shaq opinion has deminished because the game has simply passed him by.

The cop may have been shot by another cop during the raid but the police is trying to keep this quiet, per the lawyer of the boyfriend.

An full investigation, from a black attorney general, in a huge case that has INTERNATIONAL attention came up with nothing illegal.

Ok the cops announced themselves, but the people that needed to hear them announce themselves didn’t hear them. Along with 11 other witnesses.
They were in plain clothes and entered the house at almost 1am. They thought it was an ex-boyfriend or robbery and the boyfriend shot at the cops. The cops returned fire and Breonna was killed.
There were no drugs, drug money or drug paraphernalia in the house.
There was no crime or criminal activity in the house so their search in the end was pointless.
A person is dead, now what?
Who should be punished?
Is the boyfriend to blame for not hearing them say that they were cops? Is it the boyfriend’s fault for shooting at a person who he thought was breaking into their house?
The cops thinking “We announced ourselves and he shouldn’t have shot at us and we shot back and now your girlfriend’s dead”.
Is that an acceptable answer?
