What is really happening is the owners of the World Bank and the Rothchild Banks are trying to do one last push to force Cuba to open up its doors to central banks and the world baking system. They know Trump is on board, but I am sure they are somewhat skeptical about Biden. Plus, Biden would get more push back from the Democrats and his followers regarding Cuban sanctions.
