Wendell Pierce is that dude. I've always liked that guy
He's on some BS. You don't have to agree with ADos but what he's saying is BS.
You might want to become educated on some of Wendell Pierce's many offscreen afrocentric philanthropic "tangibles" before continuing to embarrass yourself. Google is your friend. He, like many people just wants to be comfortable, just not change anything cuz that may affect their pockets.
But he is a descendent of that if his people were slaves
Like you can't actually argue against a fact can you? Oh wait I guess you can.
It's not divisive to say that WE- DESCENDANTS OF SLAVES ARE OWED
all descendants of slaves are owed
That ain't what he's saying. Those so called ADOS spend more time and energy picking fights with other black folk then they do fighting for reparations.
Then say I don't like what certain people from the group are doing.
Cause we're ADOS. Whether you trying to be associated with that group or not. It is a fact and it is a fact that America owes us.
What if ADOS was created to divide and conquer? All I see posted about ADOS is shit attacking black folk and some running in to cosign.

Dissension in the ranks??
ADOS is just an acronym. We were ADOS before a phrase was coined is my point.
I don't agree with pretty much any of what they say in the divisive realm. I do agree its odd that other people who are not from America would have any reason to not want Africans from America to get theirs.
I do think we as Africans from America are OWED and we are ALWAYS called upon to save the country via voting via marching via holding up everyone else as they come in and shit on US.
Those aren't even controversial statements they're verifiable fact
So yes we should and we will by a wide margin vote for the right things this election cycle
but after that then what? We're expected to shut up and feel lucky to be here while others look down us?
That don't make no sense.
Yall love wasring time and energy on the inconsequential
The ADOS bullshyt is divisive....
You think a white man gives a damn about what you subscribe as? You think these cops pumping bullets into.us care?
Spend all this time infighting and getting nowhere...
I'm black and I'm fine with that
I'll say it again
Twitter is a cesspool and black Twitter is the scum that floats on top of it
What if people who didn't agree with ADOS just shut the fuck up. If they destroy themselves than so be it.
Lol so you think by calling yourself ADOS it gives you a better chance at getting reparations? And your fight ain't with other black folk, black folk don't owe you reparations. So fuck those selected few coons and keep your eyes on the goal. And you can't say you don't agree with the divisiveness or most bullshit they say then attack someone who calls them out for it.
When did I call myself ADOS?
I just said it's a fact of what I am lol I am an African Descendant Of Slavery. My great grandparents were slaves in America, specifically Louisiana.
I know their names.
Who fights with other black folks? I've seen the fight come in when asking for reparations and why it's a bad idea or shooting down the notion of it happening or trying to confuse the argument and saying how can we verify you're a descendant of slavery etc etc.
I can say I don't believe in the divisiveness. Are you looking at what's the divide in most cases?
You told me to ignore the few coons and keep my eyes on the prize, while not ignoring the few loud wrong ADOS people and keeping the eye on the prize.
ADOS. as you call it is a general term. African slaves were taken to the virgin islands and the Caribbean so that would also make them ADOS. Matter of fact any slave from Africa that was brought to any part of the world would make their descendants ADOS. Where is the fight against reparations? I lobe my black people no matter where they are from, I'd fight any fuck who tries to drive a wedge between us. So there's your answer to why I ain't ignoring shit.

What are you even talking about? The only reason its divisive is because sometimes people who aren't "ados" say some wild shit about those who are.
That was before ados was even a thing. We know this to be true. Let's not try and act like THIS shit is the genesis of infighting
And at the end of the day ADOS always vote on the right side of history
and that's fine as long as ADOS doesn't actually want something to "improve their quality of life" right?
What are you even talking about?
What does this gave to do with what I posted?
You know what it doesn't matter
***ignored***

And where did I say anything otherwise about loving them no matter where they're from?
The term itself deals with this country we're in currently. The reparations for the people this country enslaves.
I support reparations being paid by the people who brought Africans to the virgin islands and the Caribbean too.
African descendants of slavery are owed EVERYWHERE ON THE GLOBE.
Precisely.
Dividing ourselves in this fight serves no purpose at all
