According to the survey conducted by ABC News/Ipsos, Harris received a net favorability rating of positive four, as 35 percent of respondents had a favorable opinion of her, compared with 31 percent that had an unfavorable one.

Your base isn't the entire polling population. Trump has high 80s with Republicans but he's in the 30s nationally. You'd have high favorable ratings "in your party" if you chased all the dissenters out
