Bruh, with all due respect...not today. Let him rest in peace, and let's all reflect on his life in peace.

If i reflect on his life in South Carolina and Black American parents is that disturbing the peace brother? Why cant us ADOS celebrate our icons like everyone else does? I dont knock others for doing the same with theirs.

Look man, at this point, it doesn't matter. I really don't care where he was from, or who his relatives were. I just know that a Black man that did so many good things in the short time he had left - without telling anybody what he was personally going through - is gone. For now, I'll just celebrate his life, and try to follow his example by living my life to the fullest. Peace.

Not 1 damn word from T.I. or Killer Mike yet
I personally don't give a fuck about these 2 clowns
But...but...but... I thought ATL is Wakanda ???

Thats you tho brother. The people from his group and family care about where he is from and who his relatives are. Thats why Im the only person in the thread to acknowledge his parents so far, he's not just an actor to us.

Definitely not on some "I told you so" shit fam. The Post was out of place from jump tho. OP came in here with some real shit not gossip though.
I feel what you saying.....part of it for me is it just didn’t feel right speculating on dude whether right or wrong. Yeah I know he’s a celebrity and the cost to be one is invasion of privacy but damn....I feel like we gotta protect our own. Especially the good ones.

Come on man.....what makes them clowns? It’s not law for them to speak now let them speak when the time is ready. Michael B hasn’t said anything either.

When I say "I don't care," I am referring to whether he was ADOS, where he was from, who his family was. Obviously, all of this important to certain degrees, and to certain people, but it certainly isn't anything to argue and insult each other about. Not now. Would Chadwick want that? No. He was focused on doing something positive for people in the precious little time he had left. I think he'd want us to carry on his legacy as Black people as a whole - and not in factions.

Maye because I live in Brooklyn, but I haven't seen clowning of Africans in decades. Nearly every black doctor's office in East Flatbush has an African name on it. Every other black priest is African. The list goes on.
My dad is Nigerian and my mother is American...so growing up no one really knew I was Nigerian until they saw my last name....I got in fights at school over people trying to tease me over being African. It stopped in high school and after puberty lol. So I know what he’s talking about and I’m guessing he’s probably in his 30s.

I don’t even be knowing the lineage of these people to even care where they from. I judge you on the surface and he was a A1 dude regardless of where he was from.

I think Chadwick would want people to acknowledge his family, their history, and his nationality. He was a positive person and thats a credit to his Black American family and upbringing. We produce greatness that affects the world and help black people all over the world. It shouldnt offend anyone in the diaspora for me saying that. This guy played several of our icons on screen and did the best you can do playing James Brown IMO. Being from SC which is where James was born played a huge part in that.

Alot of folks in our community are obviously saddened deeply by this, we recognize him as one of the greats of his era and take pride as ADOS in what he was able to accomplish.

OK man. You win. All I ask is that nobody on this board argue about him for just one damn day.

And was with lovely sister...

Even though I'm more of a golden jaguar guy myself...

He ain't sell out to the CIA..
