I said from the beginning that I am voting Biden no matter what but I don't see how adding Harris to the ticket helps him especially when the Black voters who chose him in SC dismissed Harris. I wasn't a fan of Rice either, but you could argue her connection to Obama and the fact that voters hadn't already rejected her like Harris, made her more viable.
