Shit I got 2 loans so far, one for my sole proprietorship & one for my LLC. The loans weren't big, they totalled 10 grand but I took them.
The rate and the terms aren't bad, I'll definitely pay them off way before the 30 years.
She should have took it man, you don't make payments the 1st year too.

Kabbage is asking for a W-3 and I didnt file 2018 or 2019 yet so I dont have a W-3
Go to the IRS website. Find the W3 and Fill it Out. Save it and upload it.
Then file your real 2018 and 2019 and W3.

there is no penalty for paying it back early. She had a year to decide if she wanted to use it.
Got an email saying I didn't check the box for 10k advance (bullshit) but they are going to go ahead and renew my eligibility for the advance and will be based on my original application. Processing on my advance will begin next week.

So apparently Kabbage's business structure of LLC with employees requires a W-3, and Single member LLC only allows for 1 employee (which has a lower eligible loan amount).
I asked them to change my business structure to Single member LLC without knowing this and they did, but my eligible loan amount went down significantly. Once I found this out I asked them to change it back to LLC with 4 employees.
Then the guy asked me if I already received funds. I said "No. For what amount?" He said my account is saying "funds dispersed" and asked to verify my routing number.
I said pause on all that, I want to change back to LLC and submit this W-3 (for the higher loan amount). He said he'll call me back. All of this was today

Yes you can. They offered me 14k at 3.75% for 30 years. I haven't accepted it yet. I didn't know that independent contractors could apply for ppp. If i had the choice of the two i would do ppp dude to the forgiveness aspect. I got the 1k advance from the EIDL
