No, he has dementia.
those are some of the physical symptoms of it. Me and @Spectrum have posted about this for damn near a year now.
Not really anything to laugh at because it is proof positive that he is not running anything.
Outside of cancer, I think dementia is about the worst thing a person can get due to the cognitive decline and that is why the “old timer’s” refer to it as “once a man, twice a child” syndrome.

That's not some underground video. It was posted on Youtube and its a legitimate question. Using 2 hands to get a sip of water is what kids do when at first are being weaned from the bottle. Not to mention audio with slurred speech and video of him on stairs.

theres one for how YOUNG you can be - 35 because NO ONE wants someone under 30 running a superpower! And 35 just feels like old enough life experience and maturity generally...but on the other end of that...someone damn near 80 is just too fucking OLD. In an ever-changing world and ever-evolving society over 70 may be too fucking OLD to keep up with changing times.

Everybody is focusing on his tweets and rallies and not on the people he surrounds himself with, and the people he's talking to on the phone, and the people he meets with at the White House AND his golf resorts.
Everyone in this administration needs to go to jail when this is over just for starters, then spread those investigations out into Congress and Trump's friends and family.
