I see he jumped on this quick, all that shit he talked about Ahmaud Arbery murder being justified and then after the preliminary hearing evidence showed it wasn’t he didn’t even wanna talk about
I didn’t even know who this dude was someone sent it to me cuz they was pissed too.

People like him are real low life’s.

Bruh, he was sitting in the drivers seat of the car in the Wendy's drive thru. Cars were passing him by because he wasn't moving and was asleep in the car.

He was drunk.

Didn't deserve to be shot.
I got pulled over for DUI about 6 years ago, I was in a all cac area, I will admit I was fucked up. Did my sobriety test and went to jail. I was surrounded by all cac cops and even though I was drunk I knew not to do something stupid. I went to jail and live to tell another day. We all know a white dude does that he will not get shot but everybody on this board knows if we do something like that the probability of us getting shot by the cops will happen. Dude should have just said ok fuck it, you got me and just went to jail. :smh:

Sorry that you had to go through that Bruh but glad you made it out alive!

Unfortunately Rayshard made a mistake that cost him his life. He appeared like a mild mannered dude that was scared and just wanted to go home.

And no we can’t do what they do, because we get killed.

Serious question, if he refuse the breathalyzer test, can they still arrest him?

I wondered the same. Because the officer made it like it was a option. But it wasn't. They was getting that test one way or another.
But again when it comes to fight or flight they think not letting them just kill them is the best way to make it home.

If they do nothing they'll murder me cause they can.

Im level headed but I'm not sure what id do if police tried to detain me illegally
I don't know what I'd be willing to take if I comply I'm cuffed and then they start whooping my ass for no reason or put a knee on my neck

Im a man
I'm a human being
And I deserve respect.

Just because they have a badge it doesn't mean my instincts will allow them to treat me like shit and that's ok.

I'd like to say I'd just take it get out of it sue them

But idk if I could think that clearly getting punched in the face and slapped and kicked and kneed for no reason.
My reflex might take over accidentally and then what?

If someone hit you, without thinking you might jab back...I know I might

Then I deserve to get murdered?

Its not about what you deserve. We all deserve to be treated equally. But we also know that's not the case either.

I'm not sure what happened with this brotha.

In a perfect world these cops would've did their job to serve and protect. Made sure he made it home that night. That was never option. And that's my issue here.

He didn't kill a man so he didn't deserve to die.

I can't put myself in his shoes and say what I should've done if I was drunk and felt like my life was in danger. That's a issue in itself. Maybe if the police force didn't have the history they had maybe he himself is less resistant. But he viewed the police as a threat which is what they are.

This story needs to be told and it needs to have someone held accountable for it. But this story is not the same as Floyd, Breona, Castile, etc. When telling this story that needs to be stated.

My dude I can assure you, you won't stand still if you see a fist coming at your dome ..... You are now resisting .....

One analyst was saying that even though the taser is not deadly, it could have been used to incapacitate an officer that was carrying a deadly weapon.

I think that argument is negated by the fact that there were two officers involved. But it seems like it's possible that if it was one on one, the shooting would have been legal.
Correct! There were two officers and the taser can only be activated once. Also, he appeared to have missed when he shot the taser gun

But is EXACTLY THE SAME
because there's no justification for police killing someone who isn't shooting at them.

This shooting shows how much things need to change despite all the protesting. You read the comments of people talking about *this* shooting and it’s all about quickly trying to justify it. Lots of Karens, coons and Jeffreys out there. Sickening.

No one is saying it is. Is the objective to make it home to your family?

That's blaming the victim.
The objective is they shouldn't and can't continue to be executioners.

It's racist and it's bullshit.
They know how to take white people home alive. They know how to kill us because they can.
that has to stop now.
We've done the "Well we need to do everything we can to not offend them so they don't kill us" shit
and that hasn't stopped them from doing it

that's done.

White people will always see Black people as guilty so their opinions online don’t matter. Yes Rayshard was wrong fighting the cops, that’s all white people or cop supporters see.

Meanwhile in this thread a naked white man who killed three people is alive and well and cops were running away from home like they were scared of his dick touching them.

To those who justify the killing I have one question.

If a person gets into a fight, and the person that they were fighting got up and ran away with a taser.

Would the person that they were fighting be justified in shooting them in the back?

It's one thing to make a stand to be treated equal where there is no deadly (or less likely to be deadly) consequences but fucking around with the cops is just not one of those things. I just don't get why people do it. :smh:

I'm certainly not justifying the cop shooting this man but let me ask you a question.
If you know black people are more than likely to be shot and killed by cops. Does it make sense to give them an opportunity to shoot and kill you?

He was drunk and not in his right frame of mind. The only thing on his mind was getting home for his daughter’s birthday the next day and the cops were stopping that.

He was drunk and made a mistake, unfortunately that mistake cost him his life.

But to answer your question, no it doesn’t make sense to give them a reason. But as we’ve seen, do they really even need a reason?

Yes because he lied and and didn't know where he was or what city he was lol.

When that drunk they can't let you go. If he was have way right they might would have asked for someone to drive him home.

43 mins of body cam footage from the officer who didn't shoot

Looking at this video I can't charge the cops with murder. I need to see what the cops history is and if he had any other issues. As dude ran he discharged a taser within feet from the officers face. I tying to decide if it was instinctually to fire and was the cop in a fight or flight response reflex?
