Well there is video of the inital contact with him already cuffed and compliant so what set him off? What happened btw the time that he was seated on the sidewalk to where he was placed out of the view of passersby, behind the vehicle?In the video you can hear the black person telling him should not have resisted. You resist the police in court filing motions, going over their paperwork slow, getting them on the witness stand for 4 or 5 hours. Questioning their policy and procedures. With COVID-19, you make their job even more dangerous, a person resisting requires more close contact, turning them into superspreaders.
I had this problem that cut off my breathing momentarily which is scary from some type of pinched nerve, there are nerves in your neck that can become compressed that can disrupt your breathing. He might have been lightly putting his knee on his neck but hitting those nerves. You might now even be dealing with some type of windpipe being crushed, some type of Spock nerve pinch.
How in Hell does a pinched nerve interrupt your breathing? Are you mistaking an anxiety/panic attack for this?
