Not as daunting the statistics as other provinces and regions like MTL, ONT, Quebec, etc. Working in health care we’ve adhered to guidelines and protocols. No issues at workplace. Had our warmer weather earlier this month. Felt like summer. Lately it has been more spring-like. Confortable and 70 at night, windows open. Daytime in the low to mid-70s. We tend to get our cold snap in Jan/Feb. I am thinking I will save additional vac hours for then in case things are rough with a 2nd wave. Usually take time off in July and December. Probably take less, and carry over more vac time into 2021 as a precautionary measure and for peace of mind.

Thanks. Yeah - coverage is more difficult during bad weather, so I will probably book that time off in early-2021 to be sure. Book it in Nov or so. Otherwise it’s walking and skytrain to get to work. Packed in recent years. Not as safe to drive. Too risky. Transit numbers and service are way down in recent months. It will be interesting to see what service looks like then. People no longer want to be in larger commuting crowds. Trains that are typically packed like sardines now have 1-5 people judging from Reddit & Twitter posts.
