Ahmaud Aubery shooting Video. They claimed self defense. The video shows Pre-Meditated Murder; UPDATE ALL 3 CACS GUILTY of Felony and Malice MURDER!

Have you been on Fox?

No, I feel like I should be paid as part of the staff.

This is something to look out for on these platforms such as Twitter, BGOL, YouTube, where people are taking kickbacks and bribes to shadow ban content that you post online than the mainstream media picks it up or one of their picked negroes to monetizes your content. Sometimes it can be hacked from your computer, is this what we are doing now to each other? I thought slavery was over.

You look at the difference between before and after my post on here. He was barely getting any views now he's blowing up.

 Even though it wasn't the victim, the owner said the cameras were triggered multiple times. So he had multiple trespassers that his neighbor Diego asked permission to go onto the property to deal with them. They got that text. They ain't focused on just burglary man. Plus they claim to have other camera work.

Just prepare for fuckery at trial. :smh:

Who are these McMichael people that an entire local justice system willing to cover up for them?

All of this went down previously where I was breaking it down fully, exposing the media.

He is a Fox News contributor just like Boyce Watkins was back in the day.

May 12, 2020

Here he is giving the typical legal analysis talking about stand your ground needs to go when there is plenty of case law that instigating a conflict negates self-defense.

May 12, 2020 - I post a legal analysis stating that the pursuit is instigation of a conflict which negates self-defense and stand your ground. I also interpret the Georgia statue of citizens arrest which require reasonable and probable suspicion of a felony to chase a person. No other attorney on TV was using these talking points.

May 13, 2020 - Now he's repeating my talking points verbatim after I post my comments online. Notice how this tactic is similar to what Boyce Watkins does when I post something online and he's able to hack into my computer to get information that he post. This is a perfect example of what I'm dealing with whether it's Boyce Watkins or this attorney that are connected to Fox News pawning off my work as their own.

TMZ releases their full video today, providing an accurate legal interpretation of the statues similar to mine:

Finally, this is their highly edited, simplified video they had out on May 5, 2020. It looks like TMZ was covering up for the DA by hiding this full video that makes the DA look 10x worse that was posted by @Helico-pterFunk.

Neither did I, but he's self-snitching his ass off within the first 15. He should NOT be taken seriously. That shit is the equivalent of posting up money phones on Social Media.

Unwarranted Pursuit/Stand Your Ground

Let say a black family moves into the neighborhood, following the family around to investigate them based on your racial hunch is instigating a conflict. You can't follow them to the grocery store, than to their job, or going to McDonalds. I also got pulled into these perpetual investigations by whites of somebody black.

We have every right to display our concealed weapons to warn a a deranged white person to end their unwarranted pursuit. If they continue, just like a person that is charging after you trying to punch you, you should be able to use deadly force.

You can't have us under perpetual and infinite 20 year investigation (acting as agents for law enforcement) for criminal activity which is highly disruptive for just being in a neighborhood. You can't put cameras all in our hotel rooms like a deranged idiots hoping to catch us doing something.

These guys continuing their pursuit after they told them to stop is no different than punching somebody. He has every right to use deadly force or assault the person.

There is so many of them that cheerlead for white supremacists and their companies. I wrote about some scheme one of them to do on me. You are more likely to die from the hands of a desperate racial cannibal than a white person. There is a reason slavery lasted so long.

Luckily, I am recovering, if I was 100% this would not be tolerated.

Lawyer: Security video in Arbery case may show water breaks
RUSS BYNUM
Associated PressMay 15, 2020, 11:06 AM EDT

SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) — A young black man filmed by a security camera walking through a home under construction in December and in February may have stopped at the site for a drink of water, according to an attorney for the homeowner thrust into the investigation of the fatal shooting of Ahmaud Arbery.

Arbery was killed Feb. 23 in a pursuit by a white father and son who armed themselves after the 25-year-old black man ran past their yard just outside the port city of Brunswick. Right before the chase, Arbery was recorded inside an open-framed home being built on the same street.

Gregory McMichael, 64, and Travis McMichael, 34, have been jailed on murder charges since May 7. The elder McMichael told police he suspected Arbery was responsible for recent break-ins in the neighborhood. He also said Arbery attacked his son before he was shot.

Arbery’s mother has said she believes her son was merely out jogging.

On Friday, an attorney for the owner of the house under construction released three security camera videos taken Dec. 17, more than two months before the shooting. They show a black man in a T-shirt and shorts at the site. In the final clip, he walks a few steps toward the road, then starts running at a jogger's pace.

“It now appears that this young man may have been coming onto the property for water,” J. Elizabeth Graddy, the attorney for homeowner Larry English, said in a statement. “There is a water source at the dock behind the house as well as a source near the front of the structure. Although these water sources do not appear within any of the cameras’ frames, the young man moves to and from their locations.”

A man in similar clothes appears briefly in another security video taken at the home construction site Feb. 11, less than two weeks before the shooting. Graddy said that person appears to be the same man shown in the Dec. 17 videos.

It is not known if Arbery is the person shown in any of the videos taken prior to Feb. 23, when the shooting occurred.

Defense lawyers for Gregory McMichael said Friday that they have examined evidence that “tells a very different story” about Arbery and the two men charged with killing him. Attorney Laura Hogue told reporters: “There is more than one video of the incident.”

She did not give any specifics. A roughly 40-second cellphone video of the shooting was leaked online last week, a day before the McMichaels were charged the felony murder and aggravated assault. The video fueled a national outcry not just over the killing but also that more than two months passed before arrests were made.

Attorney Franklin Hogue, hired to defend Gregory McMichael along with his law partner wife, said more details would be revealed at a preliminary court hearing that he plans to request soon.

“The truth will reveal this is not just another act of violent racism,” Franklin Hogue told a news conference outside the couple's Macon office. “Greg McMichael did not commit murder. Greg McMichael is not a party to the crime of murder.”

Attorneys for Arbery's parents have said security camera video from the same home construction site Feb. 23 shows Arbery on the property right before the shooting. They also say the footage shows Arbery committing no crimes.

English has said nothing was ever stolen from his property. Graddy said his security cameras had recorded “numerous clips of persons entering the property” and shared two clips that showed a pair of children riding bicycles up to the home and then walking inside.

“There were frequently people on the construction site both day and night,” attorneys for Arbery's parents said in a statement Friday. “Ahmaud Arbery seems to be the only one who was presumed to be a criminal and ultimately the only one murdered based on that assumption.”

Travis McMichael, 34, called 911 to report a possible trespasser on English's property the night of Feb. 11, less than two weeks before Arbery was shot. He described a "black male, red shirt and white shorts.”

“When I turned around and saw him and backed up, he reached into his pocket and ran into the house," Travis McMichael told the 911 operator. "So I don’t know if he’s armed or not. But he looked like, he was acting like he was.”

Unless they have video of Arbery stealing the gun out of the truck...I'm not sure what they have that could be used as evidence..

Policing in this country has literal roots in the slave patrols. One could argue that with the modern police role in enforcing Jim Crow and black codes etc well into the mid 20th century that there's a throughline here which makes all this stuff related. There should be a complete overhaul and remaining of this institution in America.

This is what Zimmerman's lawyer was saying..even he was like these dudes think it's the 1930s. I was expecting him to come on and say some bullshit.

E4442 - Hear 911 call Travis McMichael made days before Ahmaud Arbery's shooting

Based on the McMichaels own statements and this video its clear that the Feb 23rd chase and shooting was based on the Feb 11th confrontation Travis McMichael had with Ahmaud. He went to confront Ahmaud about being on the property on Feb 11 but got scared and ran away because he thought Ahmaud had a gun, he goes back home and gets his gun and father and comes back to confront Ahmaud gun for gun but Ahmaud is gone. 12 days later on Feb 23rd his father sees Ahmaud running up the street and decides its time to settle the score, he runs in the house tells Travis “he’s running up the street LET’S GO”. They grab their guns to be ready this time and begin the chase. The man that recorded the video, Roddy, is gonna be the missing piece to the case, the McMichaels claim he was part of the chase but Roddy says he doesn’t even know the McMichaels. At the trial he’s gonna be forced to tell how all this started

‘If there is video of at least one other person other than Ahmaud and this couple going onto that construction site then no way they can use any sort of burglary or trespassing or citizens arrest defense

It would definitely make it more contentious for sure.

Even though the pig son Travis McMichael was the fucka that actually murdered Mr. Aubery, you notice how everything in the police report comes from the racist pig mouth of the father Greg McMichael? What is Travis suddenly a fuckin mute. He can't say shit? There's a reason only the Greg McMichael is the voice on the police report.
