No they both are self destructive in relationships because they make bad decisions. This whole season was about how everyone was making bad decisions.
Yeah thats what i was feeling. When he was saying he has down moments and doesnt want to be around people and couldnt really articulate it...i was thinking hes undiagnosed manic depressive or bi-polar. We know son can flip a switch and be erratic ( how he beat the shit outta ol boy in the taxi, jumping naked into peoples pools etc).
Good point on "watching the show for what it is and not what we expect it to be"..thats exactly the way my wife and watch. Enjoyed this season, just wish it was a lil longer...and it was great to see the supporting characters.. black chad is probably my favorite.
And then taking a step in the right direction in the finale.

Another season of disfunctional ladies. Molly is becoming the toxic friend. She hates that Issa is getting control of her life and attacks her cause of it. Also she hates that she wasn't even with the Asian dude, he was dating but she wasn't, and overreacted to the point that it turned him off.
On a side note......the fat dude sex scene was HILARIOUS and Issa's complexion looks amazing when she's naked.

I think one of the best things they do is the 'show within the show.' Always find quotes from them.
Molly is definitely her own worst enemy. As a woman, I think if I found out a colleague were dating my ex, it'd definitely bring some challenges BUT she's been without Lawrence for a hot minute now. Tiffany is wrong for not mentioning it before (cause I think it's pretty obvious she knew it was going on.)

When men say women low key love drama, I always pause. I definitely agree that, when you're young (er,) you don't realize how easy it is to deflect from it. Molly is so concerned with status in her career and with a man, she isn't paying attention to what actually fucking makes her happy. It's obvious Andrew makes her happy - just ride the fucking wave and see where it takes you.
