Nascar has been trying to push for more "diversity and inclusion" to move away from their image of being for and by racists.
Because of this and the fact that this dude is not white white, his career is most likely done.

On the other hand... "insensitive language" they probably don't care.

NASCAR issued the following statement on Monday morning: "NASCAR is aware of insensitive language used by a driver during an iRacing event on Sunday, and is currently gathering more information."
