This virus can spread from just talking or breathing, not just coughing. Based on the video, it looks like he was exhibiting symptoms. The weather in Detroit was super cold. The person coughing on him may not have been how he contracted it.
Look at how the Iranian Health Minister is wiping his face from sweating, the same way the bus driver was wiping his face.

My advice is to stay inside, if you have to go out do it very early or very late, when out sanitize your hand every time you touch something, do the 6-foot distancing, use a mask and gloves correctly if you have (keep in mind that unless the mask is N-95 rated they are not designed to filter out viruses but its better than nothing), when you get home immediately take off your shoes and if you can change your clothes spraying them with Lysol.
If you do that for a month you should be ok, but keep in mind all of this is subject to change so keep you eyes peeled on current events and advisories for your city.
