The author has been tweeting from Biden's event all day. I'm pretty sure this is for real. Both tweets from verified people.

The Snoop Dogg part is just for comparison purposes. The point is that it is crazy that the former Vice President is at political events sounding like Snoop Dogg, comparing women to dogs.
