People need to stop bullshitting about this. If nothing else existed, this should be enough to put a few people in jail. Trump should be impeached for this shit alone (and may well end up getting extra charges because of it).
More and more, it seems like the Dems knew a lot of these cards were in play, or at least figured that they might be. They probably should have ran impeachment on a lot of other bullshit, but this is starting to seem more and more that they knew they had the potential to pile a shit-ton of evidence into this one thing.

I don’t understand why the democrats rushed impeachment. If they were smart I would just take my time and go to court, get subpoenas, call witness and drag this all the way until Election Time November 2020.
Why rush impeachment only for it to die in the senate and make you look stupid in the process while trump gets to brag about being acquitted in the senate.

It was always going to die in the Senate. The Don McGahn court case trying to get him to testify because of the Mueller Inquiry is still winding through the courts since 2017 or 2018. And the WH is saying if they want documents or people they need to be taken to court. In court they arguing the courts have no place in the process, if dems want documents they need to impeach Trump to get them or block appointments and appropriations to force the issue. They were never going to comply. In two instances (Flynn and one of the FOIA cases) the court had ordered release of documents and the WH or DOJ has still said no. The Nixon impeachment established precedent that the WH has to comply. The WH is just stalling to protect Trump and you are parroting RW talking points.
