Kaepernick will work out for NFL teams in Atlanta

Stephen A explains his points like a white racist, "I have black friends". I'm from Hollis, Queens so what that doesn't mean anything. Just cause you were raised in a black neighborhood or went to a HBCU that doesn't automatically mean your concern or fight is for black people only. I was raised on military bases and always one or two black people in majority of my classes. We never once thought we should act and dress like them since this is where we are living. Location doesnt mean anything, it's the persons values and beliefs, that defines them.

What Stephen A Smith fails to realize is that, someone can want something very bad however not at all cost. I want to be a millionaire however I am not willing to kill for it.

Kaep group ask for you to aid in getting him back in the league however he is not trying to get back in there at all cost. Thats what Stephen has to understand. We all have limits. The price the NFL wanted him to pay was too steep.

You had many people say the workout was bullshit before Kap got there yet Coon Smith actually believes it was a genuine workout. You mean to tell me that after nine months after yall settled the grievance, the NFL find it with kindness of its heart to give you a chance to workout...

How stupid does Coon Smith think we are...Let's not forget the NFL never had contact with Kap's team during those nine months and never told them about the workout.

And,when Kap's team tried to negotiate the NFL on some stuff they got denied them yet Kaepernick is the bad guy.

If,the NFL wanted this to be a genuine workout, they could have negotiated some stuff to make sure Kaepernick was comfortable. This was an attempt to make Kaepernick look bad and Coon Smith and others look stupid for defending a league that don't care about them.

Steve A showing his true colors.......got that contract and figured he didn't need the black mask anymore.

I think this is the DEFINITIVE breakdown of the totality of the Kaepernick situation.

Hue Jackson was the NFL's black mouthpiece/ social cover in this instance.

Sad to say, but this is how the game works.

" Do Kaepernick's workout for us Hue, maybe give a few interviews after, we sure would appreciate it. You do us this favor and you never know what could happen next time a coaching gig opens up (wink wink)"

ESPN (NFL broadcaster partner fwiw) putting the cherry on the “NFL was full of shit and setting up Kaepernick” sundae.

@gene cisco Without the leadership, mediation and true buy-in from the teams, the workout was doomed. Goodell has not spoken publicly about the event he greenlit. The remaining void has the Kaepernick team believing that the league had never been serious. For Kaepernick, the week was an attempt by the NFL to secure a legal maneuver. "They wanted cover for their teams," a source says. "Otherwise, the teams would have taken the lead to invite him in."

They still going into Friday not saying anything about 'minor'[their word] details in the waiver nor are they saying shit publicly about cameras. Instead, supporters such as myself find out the next day.

Don't get why it can't be both. Straight clownshow fuckery by the NFL and a PR disaster by Kaep's people. Plan B started formulating late Friday? Come on man.

Has ANY team who attended the workout said anything at all about their EVALUATION of Kaep?

Yeah TO speaks his mind, but I just hate how we call each other names in public. Agree to disagree, but saying a white man is more blacker than you is some clown shit.

because to the mindless that can’t think for themselves, Kaepernick can do no wrong even though he employs a team full of white attorneys and has a white agent. He’s not even on LeBron level as far as empowering the so-called black community but the sheep want to go with a false narrative that he is about protesting police brutality and injustice.

if so, why isn’t he doing media tours or using his platform to help stop it?

if Kaepernick wanted to play in the NFL, he would work with them under their rules like everyone else. Is he supposed to get special privilege? The stupidity surrounding this situation is perplexing.

point out one inaccuracy in my statement.

there is no kneejerk reaction because I’ve been saying for a while that Kaepernick doesn’t want to play and doesnt need to because he is one of Nike’s biggest pawns in Football.

according to the NFL & Kaps team this is inaccurate - again I suggest you take the time to read the reporting linked in the post you replied to

btw -posting in willful ignorance qualifies as a kneejerk reaction

the rest of your initial post is irrelevant to any discussion of the facts in the legal dispute of NFL v Kap

but kudos to you for kneejerk advocacy that Kap should surrender the ability to defend his legal rights in perpetuity

I'm a big Kaep supporter. I must admit, I stopped reading the 'reporting' @ViCiouS referenced when they covered Friday and the team just started with plan B. All that did was confirm what I thought all along. Under the Thursday part, don't shit happen. White, black , or whatever, that team fucking sucks.

I believe Kaep is sincere, but don't believe he surrounds himself with the right people.
This nigga tripping. He know damn well wearing that shirt was fucked up. No question about it lol
Shirt ain't fucked up. It's just something he probably shouldn't have worn for the workout -- especially after he moves it. Wear that shit AFTER the bag is secured.

Even though I knew this was some bullshit by the NFL, I was hoping Kaep would ace it so his detractors couldn't say shit. Instead, I got all this.

That's a shirt he wears in pregame, postgame, or practice, after getting back on with a team. So hard to admit?

And again, I fucking boycotted the '17 season because of this cat. I want to see him win. I just ain't going to cosign everything. foh

 willful ignorance...

the only reporting I suggested you read was the link I tagged for you
that is the latest report with both the NFL and Kaps time lines
a host of new details and agreed upon facts from both sides

as well as mistakes made by both sides

including interviews with:
the NFL exec that negotiated the workout
Kaps lawyer, and his agent
and people that helped Kap move to the high school

some of the new facts to emerge:
1. they had waiver talks ongoing before Friday- and initially there was a laundry list of other problems

2. the NFL and Kaps team agreed on media silence regarding negotiations before the nfl announced the workout

3. All of the 32 teams found out about the workout the same way we did

I asked you before: if you have no knowledge or experience in a subject- how can you have valid expectations regarding that subject?
Also please look at the quality of person/poster that latched onto your post to inject his personal coonery / bigotry into the conversation

Just like when he SPECIFICALLY stated why the sat during the National Anthem, once again Kaep SPECIFICALLY stated he is ready to play and stays ready to play. Yet faggit ass muthafuckas act like they stuck on stupid and say "he don't wanna play." Ain't no help for you narrative changing ass crackas and coons.

Colin Kaepernick after the workout:

"I've been ready for three years. I've been denied for three years. .........around here we're ready to play. We're ready to go anywhere. My agent Jeff Nalley is ready to talk to any team. I'll interview with any team at any time. I've been ready. I'm staying ready. And I continue to be ready.

So you sons of bitches must be deaf, dumb, and blind. But I know what your agenda is TRULY when it relates to Kaep though. So, Fuck y'all!

:itsawrap:

again, Kaerpernick sued the NFL for collusion and settled via arbitration. Kaepernick claims he wants to play in the NFL again and was offered a modified waiver. Why would the NFL open themselves up to more liability to someone known to try to screw them over?

I agree - tryout was bullshit but the NFL doesn’t need Kaepernick and he doesn’t need them.

Kaepernick claims he wants to play but wants to be catered to despite not playing for 3 years and taking the NFL to court?

The whole situation is a sham to gain media attention which benefits Kaepernick more because he wants to play the martyr not football.

Kaepernick is surrounded by a team of Khazars and dating an Arab but is supposed to be about the empowerment of the so-called black community? if the situation wasn’t so sad it would be laughable.

I read all the reporting.

Both sides are to blame because neither side changed.

The NFL are still multi-billionaires who only deal in take it or leave it terms. Kap is still a man who believes in putting his ideals first.

More importantly, the power dynamic didnt change. The NFL is the employer and Kap is the employee.

Thats why the story needs to die, because that dynamic will never change.

Im good with Kap continuing his work within the community. I wish he gave the CFL a chance, he would kill it out there, but I know it aint happening.
