And folks keep talking about the interrogation room scene, there have to be some liberties that writers take with a story to help a plot move along. They said themselves that no one knew they were there and this is television show, they don't need accuracy

Then who would be powerful enough to "trap" Adrian. The way the Warden talked about their god leaving them. Dr Manhattan doesn't need a satellite or a intergalactic phone service to see/hear things. He sees and hears everything. Manhattan doesn't crash, he appears based on how he teleported in the movie
