Booker is in a privileged position though. He doesn't need that WWE check no more and if you get fired for saying yeah that shirt is fucked up why be there in the 1st place. If anything they blow it up bigger and paint an even bigger racist target on themselves. I don't know because I'm not in that business, but show the other black wrestlers you give a fuck about them. They already look up to you, hear them out and school them don't just take it because you are getting a check

I remember years back when Booker T was still active Stuttering John from the Howard Stern show tried to interview him after a show and Booker said some shyt that he didn't like Howard Stern cause he is a racists and degrades women.... Wow! I definitely didn't see SCU winning the AEW World Tag Team Championships. It left everyone in shock. In a way I kinda like it because they did something you didn't expect. Overall great episode. You can see them tweaking things week by week to make the show better. I think once they get 10 to 20 shows under their belt they should be fine.
The thing I like about AEW, they don't make their top stars look unstoppable. Their matches make all of the roster look good because they all get in great offense on one another and no one looks "weak"
Folk naturally assumed it would either be the Youngbucks or Lucha Bros. So I'm cool with SCU getting the straps. I read Scorpio is due for a bigger push. This would give him a bigger spotlight to set him up for one down the road. Everybody knows the Bucks and the Lucha Bros can go, and when they eventually get their runs, they'll both be lengthy reigns. This gives them time to sort out their tag division and build up the better teams future challengers.
