How do you demonstrate he lied? With the most unreliable shit allowed in court? Alleged witness testimony? If there is video, I stand corrected. Impeach him.

I believe in forgiveness and rehabilitation, so I don't think what someone did as a teenager or even as a young adult should define them for the rest of their lives. Even rape or murder. I think a lot of my liberal/leftist compatriots are hypocrites in that regard when it comes to Kavanaugh. (Of course the conservatives who don't believe in forgiveness and rehabilitation are even bigger hypocrites for defending him but that's just par for the course when it comes to them.)
But I do think Kavanaugh is probably a liar and his failure to come clean and his dishonesty under oath are very big issues when it comes to being a SCOTUS judge.
You don't need video for proof. Once you have a certain number of people making accusations or backing up people's stories-- they said/he denied-- it really is a matter of common sense. The Supreme Court is mostly conservatives but only one person on it has been accused of this sort of behavior. He's not the only Trump nominee. As terrible as GWB was, nobody ever accused him of rape. As hated as Obama was by 30% of the country, there's no woman we can name as his accuser. Many women have accused Trump of rape because that motherfucker is a repeat rapist. It's very rare that rape charges are made up and infinitesimally rare for multiple false accusations against one person. The truth is pretty clear when it comes to Kavanuagh.
