List some real life cheat codes...

The objective is that if you run your credit all on the same day then your credit score will not have had a chance to dip because of the inquiry.
For example, if your score drops 10 points every hard inquiry, then doing all your inquiries on the same day means you will have a better chance...
If you applied to a bank every week then your score will drop like crazy.

Objective????

True but that shit is temporary as long as your bill payments on point..

I took on my nieces Lone and took out two new credit cards..

Credit score dropped damn near fifty points

By the end of the month jumped back to 798...

Tryin to get that shit to 830 like it was last year

It's been over 10 years since I pulled anyone's credit, so I don't remember, but if there's a 10 point drop for every hard inquiry, would it make a difference if it was done in one day or not?

I'd think the score drop happens at the credit bureau, not the banks, thus there's no lag time in the score drop...

:giggle: Yes approval is the goal and the credit inquiry as well.

Also the banks can't see that you have any other loans/debt in the same day.

Dont quote me on the exact points. Might be more or less than 10 but it DOES drop.
The key is if it done on the same day the banks system will not see the drop!
It isn't automatic.

If you got good siblings that you can trust financially, take out a life insurance policy on a family elder. (With the elders knowledge of course)

Each person pays their share cost of the monthly premium.

At the time of their passing, cash in.

Asians and East Indians do this all the time. It's one way they stay debt free and open businesses.

Plus it's all legit!

Did this work?

If a loan process was one day, I could see it possibly working, but home loans used to take minimum of 15-30 days....45-60 during some of the crazy times. Please believe, a bank could/would pull your credit before you closed and also check to see if you're still employed where you stated on the app. The second pull OFTEN found new loans...had it happen to a few clients. Mofos would go buy furniture before they closed..cars, etc. I used to tell folks not to buy a thing, until the loan was closed.

I've had instances where the second pull disqualified borrowers from the loan program they were applying for...and the banks were like... too bad.

Peep how white folks on the job, use the actual job to supplement their daily living. This means less money out their pocket spent.

Depends on what your job has to offer.

I got a neighbor who works in construction, at the end of demo day, he takes any valuable scraps to the junk yard and cashes that shit in. He will even stash that shit for later removal. Depending on the construction company not all mind you doing this.

Couple year ago my wireless router stopped working.

I went to Walmart brought the exact same one, paid in cash.

Next day returned with my broken router in the same box for a full refund.

I just told the girl I brought the wrong device.

This method can apply to so many things!

For those who work in an office, lots of freebies to help ease your pockets at home, especially if you got kids.

Reams of printer paper
Pens, pencils
Toilet paper
Paper towel
Soap

Your job offer free tea/coffee/sodas like my job? (pockets a few couple times a week)

Doesn't have to be each of these items just whatever your job has to offer that will help you from spending your money at home for the same items.

Kids in my family love me for the cases of hot chocolate with marshmallows I get in the winter.

TK Kirland put me on to this.
It sounds fucked up to make money on death but white people do this as well.
Everyone has heard the "Rich Uncle" story. We he wasn't that rich.
He just was willing to have people capitalize off his death.

No no no. My tip is 100% not to do this.
Your black ass will lose your job od-ing on toilet paper if you get caught.
If you doing it, then everyone else is doing it. Only thing is they gonna catch and punish your ass.

Never take "free shit" is my other tip.
You should only be given "free shit".

Copy on this one.

Being kind to someone, can change your life.

Even if it is as simple as saying "Hello"!

That geek at work that is about the shoot the place up might intentionally miss you because you were always nice to him.

"One hand washes the other"

Don't hesitate to be kind to someone, in a world of so much negativity/hate small acts of kindness go a long way.

use them supermarket rebate apps. (I'm not going to name them because im not spamming) but them shits come in handy

I'm still a cash and carry guy, almost never use debit card and only credit card for big purchases, unless online ordering.

Any change left in my pockets at the end of the day I put in the jar.

Every two years around my birthday (so I remember to do this) I head to my Credit Union and I cash in.

I average $260.00 from just quarters, dimes, nickels and pennies. Put that shit in the savings account then start all over again.

When negotiating for salary always give a range higher than what you are making currently.

When looking for a car, never tell them how much you WANT to pay per month.

They will always find a way to have you pay slightly over that price.

Tell them you WANT to pay "Zero".

I feel what you saying Brother TenT, just depends on your job.

I just so happen to work in a place where I can take advantage of this.

Have you been there?

I’ve been to the one in Hunts Point and you have to be careful.

They keep the really fresh stuff for restaurant owners and frequent flyers.

For the pedestrian traffic, they steer you towards less desirable stuff.

They had certain stuff on display, but they wanted to sell us a case from the back
for a discount.

Buyer beware

Carry on......
